This Goldilocks never found the right one
I rented it in a size 2 and a size 4 and both were so big. I wouldn’t suggest renting it unless you have very broad shoulders and then the poof might look bad

I didn’t wear it. The fit is super tights around the hips and make the pockets (silly to have pockets in this dress) stick out.

I am 8 months postpartum and was worried about this dress being too tight and although it was very fitted it was just right. If not worn with the correct undergarments it will shoe all lines. The fabric does not have a lot of give and the 6R and 4R were extremely similar in fit. I ended up wearing the 6R due to length. I am 5'5 and wore a small heeled shoe so the dress didn't drag the ground.

I normally wear a size 4 and after reading reviews I knew it ran big however, I did not realize how big it actually was going to be! I wore a size 2 and could of actually worn a smaller size. I wish I would have ordered a smaller size than a 2 but since I never wear a size 2 or 0 I didn't order it. It was largest in the top and I had to use fashion tape to hold it up. Advice: order a small size Other than that I got lots of complements and loved the skirt of the dress!
