I loved this dress! It runs true to size or maybe a bit large - I probably could have worn a 2 instead of my usual 4. The top is fitted & stretchy and the bottom has a gorgeous flare perfect for dancing. This is easily the most comfortable and flattering dress I have ever worn. Highly recommended.

I wore this for a fall wedding. The size was as-expected - I have larger wrists so it was a little tighter than I would like and the sides dug in a little, but I was still able to wear it for about 5 hours. There is a nifty little hinged tab on one side of the cuff that makes it really easy to get on & off.

I wore this dress to a wedding with hot pink platforms and the Sculpted Branch Cuff. Loved it. It fit really well for me, but if you have a larger chest it might be a tight fit there. The only issue I had was that the fabric is a little scratchy, and it irritated my neck/chest where it went past the lining a little bit. Didn't bother me at all after a few glasses of champagne! I got lots of compliments, and my husband loved it.

I rented the small (I'm usually a 4 or 6 in dresses) & got the medium as a back up--at first I felt the small might be a little snug, but it stretched out as I wore it and it was incredibly comfortable throughout the night. I have a longer torso so I have to be careful with fitted dresses (the back seams are never in the right place, and a short dress is WAY short on me even though I don't have long legs) but this dress is so flexible that no matter what your body type is, it looks fantastic. I felt that there was a big difference in size between the small & medium--the medium kind of hung off of me--so don't be afraid to go with the smaller size if you are in-between sizes. It will give a little as you wear it (but it doesn't lose it's shape).

I liked this dress a lot, although, as other reviewers point out, it does not look like the photo at all. It's not just the fabric, which looks shiny and almost like leather or sateen in the photo but is actually a sweater-ish knit with no sheen whatsoever. The dress in the photo, at least to me, looks very structured. But the actual dress, all the structure comes from the cut (which is very cool). The fabric itself has very little structure. It fit true-to-size, but I didn't end up wearing it at all because I couldn't sit down in it. If you are straight, you won't have a problem. I have a long torso, so my hips are little lower than most people. When standing, it wasn't tight at all, but since there is no stretch I couldn't really sit down without looking like a weirdo. I think this dress is very cool (even my husband said so!) and I think it's a hard one to represent in a photo. RTR, have you thought about adding a closeup photo of the material?
