Very nice if you get the right size
I listened to all the other reviews and went way, way down my regular size. For reference, I'm 5'7, 150 pounds, 36D. I usually wear a zize 10 in tops. I ordere a zize 2 because I like my jackets to be fitted, but I was a little worried it might be too tight. It fits fine considering that it's supposed to be a boxy type fit, but I still think a size zero would have given me a more fitted look. Overall, I like the jacket, it's different from your everyday denim or other jackets, it's on the short/crop side, which I like. I also like the vintage/modern look. Can be worn with many different colors, as well as dresses, jeans, or skirts. I would recommend it, but make sure you go 2, 3, or 4 sizes down.

It did not fit. It was returned.
This was my fourth rental, and every time prior to this I always ended up fitting perfectly in a size 10, regardless of whether they were described as running small. This time I felt comfortable on not ordering a backup size. Well, this one did not even get close to zipping up. To my greatest disappointment I had to return it with no backup plans for my event. Even though it is stated here that if it doesn't fit they will overnight another one, it is not really practical if you get home late Friday when they're already closed, and you were planning on wearing it Saturday or Sunday.

Rented it for a conventional kind of gathering. Very happy.
The dress is beautiful and fits true to size. I usually wear 10 and followed the advice of others and got an 8 for backup. The 10 fits perfectly, but the 8 would not zip up at all. I got a little nervous because, even though the 10 fits perfectly, the zipper would get halfway up and get stuck. Fortunately no issues when it came time to wear it. I also wish it had a little strap. It did not stay as put as I would have liked on my boobs. My event was kind of conservative, so I covered it up with a cute little bolero, a bling little belt to match my shoes and felt great. I will definitely order again. (as long as the return works smoothly.)
