It's sparkly
Hard to tell from pictures but there is a sparkly thread through it

Great quality but runs big
Quite long (was fine with 3in heels), and waist was loose. They are very high waisted so if they don't sit at the right spot it feels a bit saggy. I made it work but would have loved them if they fit properly!

Order a size down - this dress fit up top but was very loose in the body and flared through the hips which was unflattering on me. I ended up wearing a black sweater to give me more of a shape.
