Finally, a high-waisted jean that does not make me look frumpy.
These ulla johnson pants are so flattering. I did have to break out my Lita's to make them work though. I am 5.5 and I think Lita's are 6 inch heels. They make your legs look so long. Tall women are going to love these. If you are under 5.5.....get the REALLY high heels out.

a dress to live in
This ran true to size for me (usually a 2 or 4) and everything hit perfectly - the straps, length. torso. 32C/26/33 and 5.5ft. I feel like Mara Hoffman's stuff usually works better on tall people but I didn't feel that way about this one. Love the hemp material too. It is thick enough that you could go braless.

I love this classic dress so much that I have it in three colors. This is my favorite colorway - a soft sky blue with bright yellow. Looks great with yellow accessories. Its drape makes your waist tiny. It is unlined like most silk Saloni dress. I am between a 2 and a 4 but find silk drapes better if you go up a size. Always a 4 in this dress. (32C 26 33) 5.5ft 115lbs

odd fit
This is such an odd fit. The top was a good 3 inches off from closing but the hips were huge. Might work on a pear shape? my dimensions: 32C, 26, 33. I would have needed a medium or large to fit the top. The material is very heavy.

I wonder if the previous reviewers were sent the US size instead of UK size? I sized down based on previous reviews and ordered a 0. I am typically a 2 or 4. (32c 26 33) 5.5. It was way too small in the chest area. Fit perfectly at the waist and hips. If I was to order again, I would actually size up to a 4. I doubt I will because the length was very unflattering on me.

I always go one size up with black halo. Usually a 2. The 4 fit perfectly. What I love about black halo the most is the material - this smooths over any lumps and bumps and the black is a deep rich black.
