This runs small. I ordered a larger size than I normally need, and there was no way it was coming close to fitting. I was so excited to wear this for my bridal shower, and it just would not work. It looks super cute, but definitely made me feel bad about myself for a few days. So, just order larger than you need.

I rented this for a trip to NYC around Christmas. I picked the 14 and 16. I'm usually a 14, but things with sleeves can be tricky. When I tried on the 14, it was tight in the arms and snug around the waist. The 16 was HUGE! I was swimming in it. I had to check the tags to make sure it was right. The 16 makes a full jump to 'plus size', I guess, rather than making it slightly bigger. Super weird. So if you're in between sizes and closer to 14 than 16, I'd say skip the larger size.

I wore this to my future sister-in-laws wedding reception. She had an Indian wedding, so I wore traditional Indian clothes for the ceremony, and then wore this for the reception. It was very lightweight, even with the long sleeves and floor length. I LOVED the slit up the thigh. The dress does have a deep plunge, but because it's so lightweight, double-sided tape worked really well with it. I received so many compliments on this dress, and now I'm obsessed with this style. I wish I could afford to buy it!

I wore this to my future brother-in-laws courthouse wedding ceremony and reception. It was lightweight enough for a humid July day. Super easy to wear too. I steamed the dress the night before, and left it hanging. It had minor wrinkles after that, and wrinkled more with wear. It wasn't too distracting, but I was aware of it. Highly recommend, especially for the price point!

I loved this dress. It was an appropriate length for work. It didn't feel too dressy, but felt special enough to rent. There is a slit in the front of the dress. Usually, it's not visible, but it can show some boob, if you move a certain way. Overall, a good, affordable choice! My boyfriend loved it too, and he's usually indifferent to what I rent.

I needed decent jacket for a girls trip to Denver and Boise. I have a few, but they were either too nice for some activities, or too casual for others. I thought this was the perfect balance. I wore it sightseeing, out for drinks, and even to hike to a hot spring. It was roomy, without being shapeless, and it was warm enough for the cold days and nights. Definitely recommend!!! Also, look how nice the fur hood looks too. Not cheesy like some other jackets are.

I've had a couple of bad experiences with RTR, and this dress was its saving grace! The straps on this, make it so you can really fit it to your body type. My chest isn't huge, but I definitely can't typically go without a bra. With the straps, I was able to tighten the dress enough, to where I felt secure and lifted, without feeling flat or squashed. The color was beautiful, and I honestly think any skin tone could rock it. I will say the boning did pop out after about eight hours of wear. I saw it mentioned in another review, but didn't have an issue until the end of the night. So, maybe keep a bandaid or something handy. The slip underneath was short and a bit weird, but I got used to it after about an hour, and didn't feel exposed at any point.
