LOVED but large in waist
If you're in between sizes, I recommend getting your smaller size and an even smaller size for back up. The size 2 was really beautiful! BUT a little large in the waist. I googled and found a way to make it smaller but using safety pins and a shoestring inside the dress. However, the Bobby pin popped during dinner, haha! Still looked so nice and received compliments. It walks BEAUTIFULLY!

I just didn't love it.
I just didn't love it. I wanted to so badly! But I ended up wearing another dress I owned for my baby shower. If memory serves, it didn't accentuate my waist and seemed a little boxy.

LOTS of compliments... You can dress it up or down.
I LOVED this dress. I received so many compliments! I was worried it would be too dressy, but as others have said the material is a cotton blend. You can dress it down with nude wedges if you like, or make it look much dressier. At first it felt a little tight in the chest area... but I stretched it out a little before wearing for the night. It's designer sizing! Size up for your back-up for sure. I'm either a 2 or 4 (for reference, size 2 in Banana Republic dress) and wore a size 4.... Never could have fit in a size 2.

I rented for a casual rehearsal dinner and more formal wedding weekend - LOVE this size! Lots of room to fit things inside. <3 - Hardware definitely showed signs of wear, but it was passable. So in love with the size and practicality I didn''t care. - Loved the ability to use the chain/strap when needed, but I could tuck inside. I wish I could buy it! (if it were in new condition)

Precious dress.... but make sure you check the armpits before you wear it!
Loved the look of this dress for a daytime shower. But while I was wearing it, I smelled some pretty putrid body odor... wondered who it was. When I got home, I realized my dress smelled terribly in the armpit area (actually made me gag). I'm so embarrassed! **BUT RTR Customer Service was great... I called and they made it right for me. ***

I ordered this for my grandfather's funeral. I was looking for something really conservative and appropriate, without having to go to the store. It was nice, and a couple of people complimented me on the dress. It was a nice dress and fit well in my normal size. I wore it with black tights and black booties, + some pretty earrings.
