Love the sleeves!
I love this top - fits true to size and looks good dressed up or down - I would buy. Cons: Fabric is a bit heavy and does not breathe.

Looks like an apron
I wanted to like this dress, but the top part was very "apron" like and was too large for me. The skirt part was beautiful - the colors, length and pouf factor were on point, but the top looked terrible on me so I did not end up wearing this and wore the backup dress instead.

I love this dress!
I received a lot of compliments on this dress. The color was very bright and the materials of the dress was very "substantial" and high quality. The length was perfect on me (midi length). The only con is that the top was very booby and difficult to wear a bra with. I would wear this again.
