Rented this for a bachelorette in the UK and it was the perfect dress for an elevated evening wear. Though it is see through, I would see it was never too noticeable where I felt it was inappropriate. It was so comfortable I could slip it right over my head and I'm normally a true Medium. It definitely has a plunging neckline and women with bigger busts might find it difficult to wear and definitely will need to use boob tape as it otherwise gaps when you sit down.

It's a drop waist and it's a side zipper with the top portion being quite fitted before ballooning out. The skirt is long and a lot of materials, but I'm 5'3 and was fine with a pair of kitten heels and just picking up the dress at times going up stairs 10/10!!

While selkie's know for its more big skirted and over the top dresses, I simply adored this more simple slip dress. I actually wore it backwards as I liked the V in the front instead as I didn't find the cut of the front as flattering on my boobs. I sized up because I didn't want the hips sticking to me in the South Carolina heat, and I definitely could have gone with the S as the straps and chest area was a bit big on me. But Being able to cinch your waist in and make a silhouette really is the magic in this dress that makes it so lovable to wear. The material is light and so soft, but I will warn it is a bit thin so I recommend only wearing nude undergarments with it. 10/10 would wear this for any summery occasion, date night, girls drip.

I took it to Hawaii and found it was the perfect size to throw in my phone, a book, a small make up bag and wallet and keys with some room to spare. Because the handle is a thicker link material, it doesn’t really stay on your shoulder and is better being held by hand. The magnetic clip is super secure and never opened on its own. was so excited for a moment in this dress feeling like an updated version of Andie’s yellow dress from how to lose a guy in 10 days. Ordered a 4, and honestly should’ve gone up at least 2 sizes. I think I didn’t pay attention to the sizing reviews for this and that was a HUGE MISTAKE. My first hint should’ve been how much of a struggle it was to get just over my head. The way the seams of this dress work just make it even THAT much harder to squeeze into. Also the dress has so much more material up top by the neck/ chest that you think, so you need it to not be skin tight to actually drape right. Also I’m not even 5’4” and the middle of the skirt is so short it barely covers your underwear, so not sure how this would go on taller girlies but the sizing up might also be helpful for length. 4/10, maybe I’ll try again with an 8 to see if it works but I’m not in any rush.
