Neithdf of the photograph or the description are adequate representations of the pants. There have slits on the sides of each pant leg which go up to the knee and an apron back that wraps around and ties in the front. They are much wider than indicated in the photograph. Extremely unflattering. Will not be wearing.

Wanted to love, but could barely zip it up myself (hate needing an extra pair of hands to help get in/out of a dress) and when it was zipped, it fit strangely. Too large on top, too tight on hips. Never wore it.
