I loved this dress, I didn't get to wear it due to a positive influenza a test, but trying it on, I loved it. It hugs in the right places and is thick enough to provide more than enough coverage for smaller busted ladies. The length was classy but not too long and the back was SEXY! I loved this dress and will rent again in the future!

First, this dress runs pretty small, in my opinion. I usually wear a 2/4 and I could barely fit my arms in the 4. Also, the dress was shorter than I thought it would be. I rented it for an office function and ended up not being able to wear it because I did not think the length was appropriate. I think this dress would look best on a petite or small woman (my opinion), but I was not impressed with this dress. I love RTR and use it frequently, just this one was a miss.

I rented this dress for a wedding and sadly was not able to attend, hence the sub-par quality photo. However, I would have loved wearing it to the wedding. The length was perfect--I am 5'7' and wore 2.5 inch heals. I loved that it had a bit of a train. I always love pockets so those were a huge plus and overall I was very happy with the dress. It is unique and different and if you want to stand out, I would say this dress would do it!

I rented this dress for my birthday. Due to scheduling issues, I ended up wearing it to my conservative office the day of my dinner celebration. Needless to say, I got all of the attention I wanted and more! My managing partner still to this day asks when I am going to wear "that dress" again because it truly was a magnificent dress. It is classy yet fun. My only note would be that the waist is quite slim - nothing too dramatic but it definitely caught me by surprise. If you are between sizes, I would recommend going a size up. I ended up being more comfortable with the larger size. But this dress was absolutely worth every penny!

I originally ordered this dress for a party I was hosting. I ordered the XS and S and there was no doubt the S was the better fit. The only reason that I did not give the dress 5 stars is because I felt like I had to pull it down quite frequently for the hemline and pull it up quite frequently for the top. I was very satisfied with the dress as I received many compliments and felt like I had a one-of-a-kind look, but I would not rent it again due to the above mentioned adjustments I had to make. I am very glad that I did rent it though, I am slender and this dress made me look like a model!

Preface: To start, I had originally reserved a different dress but at the last minute RTR called to tell me the dress was damaged and that I could reserve any other dress regardless of price. This is the third time I have had to deal with customer service and honestly, RTR has the best customer service of any place I've ever dealt with. They took care of me and made sure that every step along the way I felt comfortable and that I was pleased. Thank you Rachel and everyone that assisted me! Now for the dress: I am normally a size 2 and being slightly-pear shaped was a bit snug on my thighs. The 4 was much too big in the chest and I think with a good pair of spanks , I would have been more comfortable (flew in from out of state!). I would definitely not recommend this dress for women with large chests or that are truly pear shaped because the fit would not be very flattering. I love the sleeve detail - my picture doesn't do it justice but it's very whimsical and delicate. BUT- either wear strapless or go without because I was adjusting the sleeves all night long. Since I wore a strapless bra it wasn't too much of an issue but I had changed from regular to strapless between the ceremony and reception. Overall Impression: I received numerous compliments from women of all ages about how wonderful the dress looked and quite honestly, it made me feel pretty. I felt pretty in this dress and it played to my best features which is a success in my book. I would recommend this dress for someone who is looking for a unique but romantic dress - preferably with more standing than sitting. Thank RTR!

I love the color on this dress. I received many compliments about how unique and adorable it was. The only reason I did not give it a five is because the sleeves are pretty tight and it made it difficult to really dance my shoes off. The next day my shoulders were sore, but the pain was completely worth it! Love this dress and I would definitely wear it again, just not to an event I plan on dancing a lot at. A great pick if you want to stand out but still look put together!!! Overall I felt the dress was very much true to life, the size. I would not recommend for women that are self-conscious of their arms because the cut of the sleeve is not exactly the most flattering.

I did actually not get to wear the dress because the dress itself was damaged. I contacted the people at RTR and they were very sincere in their apologies and gave me my full payment back. I sent it back that same day and while I was bummed (it was for my birthday) I was satisfied with the customer service I received and found something (less glamorous of couse) that worked. The RTR customer service is wonderful.

(I took pictures but they will not download) The fabric of the dress is very forgiving and has more stretch to it than the pictures portrays. The peplum is a cute, not overly dramatic style. The problem for me was that I wore it to a work function because based on the picture it definitely seemed work appropriate. Now I don't know if my "A" cup didn't fill it correctly but the "v" shape of the neckline was very deep. Much deeper than it appears in the photo. I legitimately felt uncomfortable while wearing it because there was not a lot of coverage in the chest area. Could chalk it up to being small-chested, so small chested girls beware. I am sure full figurred women can do it much more justice!

First of all, I loved this dress on Kate, and was disappointed it wasn't blue. That said, I loved the emerald even more! I reviewed true to size but that is if you prefer things tight. I would say if you didn't want that "second skin" look or if you are worried about it being tight on your arms, go up one size because the arms were tighter than normal. I was initially concerned about how to "wrap" the dress but it is the simplest wrap dress I've ever worn. The front fabric is actually already made that way so literally all you do is tie in the back. The neckline was not scandalous at all as some pictures can make it look like. Overall I couldn't be more happy with the dress and I am on the hunt for the same one to buy.

I wore these with the emerald green Issa wrap dress and they were fantastic! They were not nearly as heavy as they looked-I wore them about 7 hours and I received numerous compliments! I would definitely rent them again.

Overall, the dress is very forgiving in fit. The black waistband is the only part that would be considered "tight" but the rest was very flattering. I got compliments all day because pictures don't do it justice, the shape and form are very flattering. The length is appropriate and the cap sleeves do cover your shoulders. I loved this dress and was very happy I rented it. I would say size wise, if you're on the fence go with the smaller of the two sizes because its a generous fit.

I read the other reviews and was concerned about it being too small but I actually felt it fit true to size. I have a problem with fit in my lower half and this dress didn't emphasize or draw attention at all. Overall, very cute dress. It was a bit itchy and the sleeves seemed to be cute to an awkward position on my arms, which is why it isn't getting 5 starts. But if you are on the fence, it definitely stands out in any room!
