This is a lovely dress, but I was unable to wear at all. It is very short and probably better if you are 5'5'' or under. I found the top portion of the dress even in the smaller size was too large and I would have had to wear a different belt as it was swimming on my waist. Ultimately because there was a lot of sitting at my event, I choose not to wear it because I would have been uncomfortable with it hiking up all evening.

This is a beautiful dress and I highly recommend. I wore it with leggings since I was outside and blasts of wind do blow the full skirt up. One note on sizing. I am a 4/6 and took the medium and it was way too big. While the RTR sizing guide says the M=6, Nordstrom's sizing guide says M=8 and I think they are right.

Per the guide, I ordered a M with the L as a backup. Although the L was a little loose on top, it was the better fit because it fit at the natural waist. The ruching is lovely more intricate than the picture indicates, overall a great dress

this is a beautiful dress. it is so delicate. it probably runs true to size, but I ordered a 6 and 4 and went with the 6 for the length. I am going to wear it with a belt to cinch the waist. it really looks great with the dark leg.

I have worn a size 4 in these Nicole Miller Ruched dresses and the 6 fit perfectly. Order a size up and you will avoid the bunching of the ruching another renter complained of. It is a much better looking dress than the picture indicates. In terms of the shoulder piece, it is definately uncomfortable if shown as worn on RTR. For what it is worth, the Nicole Miller website shows it as being worn under the arm, which looks great and makes more sense from a comfort standpoint.

this dress runs a tiny bit small thru the hips. I ordered a size 4 and the bodice fit great but I had to wear spanx to find it a bit more comfortable. but a great look.

Very narrow thru the hips. it is also larger on top. however it is a beautiful dress and a real showstopper. if I owned I would buy a size up and have the top altered, but a very tough fit.
