Wardrobe Malfunctions
I have had two wardrobe malfunctions at work already and I just got here. As someone else mentioned, the buttons loosen and pop out while wearing, which is incongruent with the fact that this dress is a bit over sized. I usually like a looser fitting dress in this style and like to belt it to account for the length. That certainly works with this dress, but you'd also need fashion tape, pins, etc.

This was comically large on me. I am solidly a size 10 and this fit like a 14+, shoulders way too wide, and couldn’t even make it look oversized-cute. Size down!

Print Questionable for Work
I did not realize until I looked in the full length mirror at work that there is a lady holding her boobs printed on this dress. It's a bit abstract, but I might not have chosen this as a work outfit had I known. Comfortable fit, but kind of an odd mens polo shirt material.

Not practical - skirt flies open!
The tie is secure at the hip, but just from walking, the skirt kept billowing open. It is basically a shirt dress with an outer skirt sewn to one side that wraps and ties. So when the wrap flies out, you can see that the shirt dress is cut higher on the thigh. I had to hold this dress while walking.

Gorgeous dress, just oversized
If you are in between, size down. This was also way too long on me even with my highest heels - I am usually an 8/10 but def could have fit in a small, which may have been a better length. Gorgeous print, fabric, and nice silhouette.

Really nice fabric, no stretch, long, and great color palette. The flower buttons on the top are not as pictured; RTR swapped them out with plain navy buttons and one of them fell off as I was wearing it.

Pattern is incredible
The fit of this is supposed to be flowy and boxy, but sometimes the collar would weigh it down in the back of the neck. Even still, I wore this shirt as many times as I could while I had it. Loved the colors.

Loved this dress. Super soft and flowy. However it would have been great if the straps were actually adjustable. I could kind of fake it by pulling the straps down through the fake buckle, but they wouldn't stay put. Still a fun rental.

Non-Inclusive Sizing
Hard to follow the other reviewers' suggestions to "size up" when the largest size offered equates to a medium. Nice material, great pattern and style, but it's all kind of pointless if you need to be a size 8, a 34 band size, or smaller to wear this brand. Extremely unfortunate.

Tragically small bodice, nice skirt
Material has no give, is super thin, and the stitching isn't great. But I was able to tuck the top of the dress into the skirt and wear it that way. Loved the color/pattern though.

Love that this has structure but I could not get it zipped all the way. Definitely size up. I still wore it with the zip half done and the top hook done with a jacket on top.

Hook was unreliable
Cute top! But not very movement friendly - depending on how I moved, the hook in the front kept coming undone and exposing my boobs. It was tight at the chest with good posture, but very loose and came undone if I bent forward.

Not Great if You're Short
Mostly fit, but I had issues with the cleavage. I wore this for a wedding and being around 5 ft tall with C's, I found it difficult to keep the snap-in cleavage lace piece intact. It kept bursting open while moving my arms and I found myself adjusting it all night. Not feasible to wear without the snap-in lace part... too much boob for a wedding. Beautiful dress if you're standing still.

Odd fit for my short frame
I'm typically an 8, but these were uncomfortably tight in the waist and there is no give there, but a light stretch elsewhere. They fit ok in the butt and thighs, but we're also too long for me.
