Chic and classy
The zero fit perfectly. The length was great on me (I'm 5'2") - short enough to be a little sexy but not so short I was worried about sitting or bending over. The sleeve length was also great. I wore it out to the theatre and felt very classy and appropriate. The long sleeves were nice in the air-conditioning and also for the fall weather; I didn't need to carry a jacket or a wrap. The dress is very black though, so you might want sparkly or bright-colored accessories to accentuate the look.

Super glamorous!
Unfortunately, I did not actually wear this to my event, as it turned out that everyone else had a much more casual interpretation of the "formal" dress code. But the dress itself was beautiful and fit like a glove. It's a great length - I needed heels but not sky-high ones, and I'm only 5'2". The top is boned so it stays up and does not need a bra underneath. The boning is starting to work its way through the fabric at the top of the dress, though, so you might need a little bit of tape to ensure you don't get poked. It's a gorgeous dress with a really glam, old-Hollywood feel, and I'd definitely rent it again if I ever find an event that's actually formal enough.

Okay dress but not for me
I wore the 0 and found it a little bit big, although it didn't really bother me. The dress was also somewhat shopworn, with one of the spring-steel bones poking through the inside of the lining (I covered it with painter's tape so it wouldn't scratch me). From the pictures, I thought the pattern was woven into the fabric, but it turns out it's just a print. This dress just wasn't my style - I rented it because it seemed like a dress the bride would like, and she did. I really didn't like it, but that was my own fault for picking something so different from my usual style. It was comfortable, and had great, convenient pockets, and the back is neat. Just beware the inside boning and be aware you can't wear a bra with it.

Pretty but didn't quite come together
I wore the 0 and it fit pretty well, but the way the dress is built makes it not quite comfortable or flattering. The floral overdress covers a semi-tight black sheath which doesn't have a lot of give in the skirt for walking (or using the bathroom). The overdress also poufs out a little at the hips in a slightly unflattering way. The bodice is boned and has a plastic strip at the top to hold it in place, but even so I had to yank it up about once an hour (I didn't come close to coming out of the top, but the dress kept sinking by about an inch, which was annoying and uncomfortable). Also, for some reason the hanger-ribbons are bright red, so you have to keep checking to make sure the're not showing. I got several compliments and the dark floral seemed really perfect for a day-to-evening early-spring wedding, but I was incredibly glad to get home and take the dress off. It worked, but I would not rent again.

Fun and flirty
I wore this to a holiday party thrown by my friends. The 0 fit perfectly, and really accentuated my waist and made it look tiny. I was able to wear a normal bra with it, but I did have to pin the straps so they stayed hidden. This dress also has pockets, which is always a bonus. The dress was a little shopworn up close - some of the brocaded bits were getting sort of fuzzy - but no one seemed to notice that except me, and the material it's made from is a nice textured brocade, heavy enough to have structure but not so heavy that the dress feels weighted. It was a lovely dress for a party.

Cute and very comfortable!
I rented this for a NYE event where I knew there would be a lot of walking and dancing, so I wanted something comfortable that I could move in. This dress was perfect - it worked great with tights and was covered up enough that I never had to worry about it. The silver material has a great, interesting texture, which made the dress seem more special and festive and NYE-appropriate. The 0 fit perfectly and the skirt was short but not so short that I couldn't bend or sit normally. It was a fun, easy dress and perfect for my event.

Darkly romantic and fun
I had rented Cynthia Rowley dresses before, so I knew the 0 would fit well, and it did. It had a deep plunge, but it fit closely through the bodice so I didn't need to wear a bra with it (although that might not be the case if you're bustier). It was short enough to make my legs look long but not so short I was worried about bending over. The skirt is kind of poufy, which I enjoyed. The material is really pretty, a fairly stiff brocade that's not at all scratchy on the inside. Some of the lace around the neckline wanted to fold under, but quick press with a warm iron fixed that right up. Great party dress!

Vibrant and summery
I rented this for a friend's rustic barn wedding and it was very pretty and venue-appropriate. It was a little longer than I expected and arrived slightly creased in places, but a quick touch-up with an iron fixed that. It's very snug through the waist but that's just the style. It was a gorgeous material, heavy enough to seem special, but still bright and summery. It wasn't my favorite because I felt that it would have been more flattering on me if it were shorter, but it was still a great rental and easy to dance in.

Fun twist on the LBD
I wore the XS. It fit perfectly. It was exactly what I was looking for my friend's bachelorette party - sexy and fun but not too focus-pulling or slutty. It fit well and didn't ride up. The only minor issues I had with it were that the armholes are kind of long, so I couldn't wear a bra without it showing at the underarms. The material was thick enough that I was comfortable going braless, but it's something to consider. The other thing is that the whole dress has a lining of sheer black mesh. I think it's so the grommets don't run on your skin, but it's not attached all the way down the skirt, so the lining kept trying to bunch up under the skirt. It was a little annoying but not really a problem. All in all I loved the dress and got tons of compliments.

Fabulous and unique
This dress doesn't have any stretch, but it fits exactly to size. The texture of the leather is amazing, and the dress hung really well. It is quite heavy, though, as you would expect from leather, and almost feels like an apron for a minute when you put it on, but you get used to it quickly. The inside is very soft, so it's wearable without a bra. I got tons of compliments and would definitely rent it again!

Perfect fit and feel
I usually end up in the smaller size, but in this case I had to go with my larger backup size 2. The side zipper doesn't run the full length of the side, so I couldn't even get my shoulders through the 0. I would definitely suggest sizing up for your backup for that reason. Once I was in the dress, though, it fit perfectly, and even had pockets! I got compliments from strangers all night. It was a great dress for dinner and a show in Vegas - sexy but still elegant.

LBD with interest
This dress fit really well. It's strapless but has a sort of longline bra built in - a lot of structure and support. I did have to yank in up occasionally but that's par for the course with strapless and I never felt in danger of falling out. The skirt is kind of a wrap/tulip skirt, which I couldn't tell from the pictures, but I liked it. My only complaint was that the white part kind of wants to roll up, and you want it to be seen, so give it quick press or maybe pin it in place if that will bug you. All in all it was great for an event where I wanted to look dressy but not really stand out.

Unique and gorgeous!
The size 2 fit perfectly and also was quite cleavage-enhancing, which I liked. I was able to wear a regular bra and the dress was very comfortable. The dress was amazingly pretty on and I got compliments from my friends and strangers all night. It was also unusual enough to be eye-catching but not too strange. I loved it, I would buy this dress if I could!

Perfect for a magical evening!
I wore this dress to my dad's birthday dinner at the Magic Castle, where cocktail attire is required. It was perfect - the black-and-white felt formal, but the shape and beading made it stand out from all the little black dresses. The 0 fit perfectly; I didn't even have to wear a bra, but I'm a small B-cup, so it might be tight if you're busty. It's made of a sort of stiff, grosgrain-like material so it really keeps its shape, but it's not scratchy. And, bonus, it has pockets!

Classy and perfect
I rented this for my grandfather's memorial. I wanted something pretty but still somewhat somber and conservative. This fit the bill. I wore the zero and it fit almost perfectly - except at the top. I'm pretty short, so the space from the top of the lined bodice to the shoulder was slightly too tall for me. You could see the top edge of my bra if I slouched, but as long as I sat up straight it was no big deal.

Great color, slightly odd fit
I got both the XS and the S and ended up wearing the XS. It was a little tight on the thighs, but I wasn't really striding around so that wasn't an issue. The fit was a little weird, though - it was snug on the thighs and around the bust but a little loose in the middle, which was less flattering than it could have been. Also, there's an elastic band around the top of the bust, which cuts in a little if you're not super-toned there. It wasn't a big problem but it was definitely noticeable - my husband noticed, and he's not really up on dress details. It was a lovely green and I did get several compliments and I felt if was perfect for my evening at the theatre. But I wouldn't rent it again.

I got so many compliments!
Please ignore the awful face I'm making in the photo. The dress was lovely and I was complimented on it by several strangers. I wore the 2, and it fit well, although I would have filled it out better if I had just a little bit more up top. I would have tried the 0 if I'd had it. Once it was on, though, I wasn't at all worried about falling out or showing too much. The dress was an inch or two above the knee on me. I loved the color and the pattern - just enough to be distinctive but not so eye-catching that I had to be the center of attention.

Fun and flirty!
I was exhausted from getting things ready at my rehearsal dinner, so I didn't have time to get a really good picture. But the dress was perfect, true to size and lovely. The skirt was pretty short but I'm short too so it wasn't a problem. I did think that the tulle could have been a little bit fuller, but my fiance said that would have looked silly, so it was great the way it was. It is a very dark navy, but I wore it with black heels and a black leather jacket and it looked great!

Perfect for my bridal shower.
I wore this to my bridal shower. I got the 0 and the 2, but once I put on the 0 I never even tried the 2. It was a little bit snug on top but I liked that because I had no worries it was going to slide down at all. I was still able to move and breathe and eat just fine. The sash is very very long and it took me a couple of tries to find a pretty way to tie it, but once I did I loved the whole look! It was a perfect day dress for my tea-party bridal shower. I would rent it again for another daytime event.
