Near empire waste not particularly flattering.
While I loved the color for summer, the dress wasn't particularly flattering. High neckline was too conservative for me. The waist was nearly an empire style, leaving lots of fabric at the true waist and hips which added significant volume. Loved the pockets.

Comfortable weekend dress, but I just couldn't get over the 70's brown polyester. Wish the color and fabric were different. Nothing special. Fit to size. Can't wear a bra with this one due to cut.

Lovely bias cut skirt. Best for longer torso.
Lovely skirt portion of the dress, but the top ran a little big both in the chest and back. Waist of the dress is low, so better for longer torsos - still had to stand up very straight to limit the fabric blousing out at the waist like other reviewers noted. Appropriate for work.

Perfect style for the straight&narrow body type
Based on reviews, I sized up to a 4 from my normal 2, and it fit perfectly. The style/cut of the dress will fit best on the straight and narrow body type since there's not extra room for large bust or hips. The waist pulls in perfectly to give the straight body some shape.

Another classic DVF
Classic DVF wrap. Just barely long enough for tall girls to wear to work. Not for the busty since it's a true wrap dress, unless you want to wear a camisole.

The dress is oversized and completely boxy without any darts. The belt can only do so much, so I was unable to wear the size small. Otherwise loved the striped look.

Sheath with style!
Heavy fabric is great. Stand up straight!-if you bend over slightly, even a non-existent tummy will look like its bulging through the cut outs. The taller you are, the larger the cutouts appear.

Color contrast is incredibly striking!
Wore to an awards dinner. It's a great look up close and across the room. Only con is the zipper slowly unzips from the bottom when you walk and requires a few adjustments. Normal bra won't work. Best for a long torso.

Easy fit, smart look.
Would fit any body type; looks best with a necklace. Turquoise accessories match better with the dress in person than they do in pictures. The shape works best for daytime, though the fabric is a heavy knit.
