The dress is a bit stretchy, I was able to wear the 4 when I was 5 months pregnant. I hadn't gained too much weight at that point, but the dress probably does run a little bigger than it's listed size. It's gorgeous

This dress seemed to run a little big, but not too much so and only because it's such a loose-fitting design. I got a 4 and a 6. I usually wear a 4 but because I just had a baby I also got a 6 in case. The 4 was perfect, the dress is flowy and fun. I didn't wear it with the waist tie, and it still looked amazing.
