A little short and boxy, but loved the color and purchased it! The one I got is more brown and without the harsh black outlines on the neck and arms. Really love the classic look. Needs to be worn with high waisted bottoms. Can be worn in summer and fall.

Wore this 7 months postpartum and felt amazing! All the other reviews were helpful - this dress really is kind of like wearing full Spanx. Loved the shirring across the stomach to hide bumps. I am naturally thin, but my stomach is always my problem area that I am self conscious about, even before having a baby. Felt like a million bucks in this dress, would rent again for another black tie affair.

While the dress is made out of high quality, beautiful material, I did find that it runs small. I normally fit into a 0 or 00, and have a hard time finding dresses that fit. I am tall, but very thin and I have a long torso. This dress has no give to it. The size 0 looked good from the front, but in the back I experienced a lot of bunching, as if my torso was too long and my butt should be higher to fill out the dress. It was also VERY short (if I lifted my arms up it became a shirt). I ended up wearing the 2, which was much more comfortable in the arms. It was still a bit baggy in the back, but fit much better than the size 0. I was surprised, I've never been able to wear a size 2 in my life. Because of the odd fit in the back, I wouldn't pay full price for the dress...however, overall I was very happy with the dress and would consider renting it again sometime!
