Super tight with zero streach
XL might fit a size 14? But probably for size 12.

Too heavy for summer
I liked the bottom ruffles, but not the center rouching of the dress. It was also a thicker sweater material that was too hot for a late night in Summer (and I'm always cold).

I might try this dress again in a smaller size. I actually think a smaller size in a tall version would work best. Because the dress is molded it poofed out on my waist.
