I got this dress as my free birthday rental. I was drawn to the color, which is beautiful (although more green in person than it appears in the picture). I was concerned that the neckline would be too low and show more cleavage than I would be comfortable with, but I was ordering last minute and there weren't many options so I went with it anyway. As it was, I ended up wearing one of my own dresses out because I just didn't feel comfortable in this. The dress is very well-made, and the fabric is stretchy and thick, perfect for fall. The overall shape of the dress was very flattering. But it was very tight up top, making everything look smooshed and giving me "muffin-top boob" - not flattering at all. And, like I predicted, I was uncomfortable with how low the neckline is. I think for a woman with a slightly smaller chest who is comfortable with a low neckline it would be great.

I rented this dress for an event called "Forever Young Prom," which was basically a prom for 20-30-somethings with dance music from the 90's and early 2000's. I had tons of fun at the event. This was my first RTR purchase, and overall I was happy with it. Pros: The color is even prettier in person than in pictures, and the fabric feels very high-quality. Also quite breathable, which is nice for dancing. I also loved the high-low hemline, and the flounced skirt. Overall a very elegant looking dress, and my boyfriend loved it. Also, I was very impressed with how fast RTR got this dress to me. Less than 48 hours before the event I realized none of my old prom/homecoming dresses fit me, and the dress somehow got to me in time. Cons: I found the fit of this dress kind of weird. It is very big in the chest - I would say I have an average-sized chest for my size, and it was huge on me and made me look flat. It was also baggy around my waist and then clingy/bunching up around my hips. The overall effect was not very flattering. Also, while I was getting ready one of the straps broke just from me moving my arm. This really surprised me since overall the dress seemed so well-made. But after a good safety-pin job I had no other problems with it.
