Businesslike print mixed with evening style is a winner
I wore this to a business dinner and again to my husband's law firm reception. I love how the print is very business-appropriate but the style of the dress is a bit more evening - makes it very versatile! The stretchiness also makes it comfortable while still being flattering. I'm 5'10" so the length was perfect for me (mid-calf so I wore it with tall boots) - but I can see how it might be too long for shorter ladies.

This dress was super comfortable and dramatic but did not quite work as well as I wanted it to
I wanted to love this dress. It definitely brought the drama and was pretty comfortable, but ultimately there was just so much fabric going on that it was not flattering. As suggested by other reviewers, I tried wearing it on one of my (many) travel days. It was comfortable, but the material in the skirt has a tendency to wrinkle. I belted the internal belt as others recommended, but had a hard time figuring out where the belt should fall on me in order to make the dress look flattering.

Versatile, high-quality, comfortable, great-fitting dress
I wore this dress to an important day-long meeting in NYC. Then the following week I wore it to a contract negotiation, boat tour and dinner in Shanghai. Both times I styled it with a black blazer, black tights and tall grey suede boots. I looked and felt amazing the whole time and it was super comfortable.

Comfortable and flattering silhouette
I wore this with a light brown leather jacket and Ferragamo peach-colored heels to a work dinner in LA. I rented it not realizing the weather in NYC would quickly turn to a place where it would not be appropriate. It was very comfortable and flattering. I can see how it could definitely turn “cheerleader” with the wrong styling.

I wore this with a flowered Prabul Gurung skirt to a holiday party.
Interestingly, while I felt like the skirt I wore with this was the most interesting part of the outfit, I got more compliments on the top. It fits perfectly and true to size.

Lovely dress, pretty but appropriate for work
I wore this to work with above-the-knee grey leather boots (I feel like pairing it with black accessories might go too dark). It’s very form-fitting and stretchy but the high neckline keeps it from looking too revealing. I thought the floral print was placed in a flattering way.

Striking fall work outfit
The bold plaid of this skirt was striking and I got some compliments on it. The wrap aspect in a heavy fabric results in several thick layers around your waist and hips which might not necessarily be the most flattering depending on your figure. It’s kind of like walking around with a wool blanket wrapped around your waist which could be good or bad depending on your perspective (and climate). I was originally planning to pair this with a brown or black turtleneck, but when I saw it in person I ended up pairing it with a cream colored silk blouse that I felt better balanced out the heaviness of the skirt, and dark brown suede boots. I did not find it itchy at all in contrast to some of the other reviews.
