Perfect sweater for school volunteering
Super soft, adorably approachable. The kids liked it. Perfectly comfortable, but judging by the wide shoulder seams and plenty of space in the chest area, I do think I’d size down by one next time,

The perfect white blouse
I went from an 8 to a 6 to a 4, because I loved the 8, but it felt a little too big. The 4 fits perfectly! I love the sleeve length and collar height; they are modest enough to go anywhere. I love the high low hem; it is so feminine. I love the fit and flare; I’ve worn this under other tops for layering and it provides the perfect amount of extra. I love the white ruffles; they look so cute with white ruffle socks. I love the ruching, it hides all the extra padding. Purchased!

Thick, warm, classy

Fun, not flattering
If it came in around the bottom of the bust before pleating so very far out, it might have a more flattering fit. It even seems possible for someone who might want to own and customize this top to make it more fitted under the bust. Otherwise, it’s still so much fun to wear as-is. I was also surprised by the reptile print texture! Layered with the Jason Wu white smocked ruffle top, and worn with the matching Sea New York bubble skirt, and the Mignonne Gavigan Lorraine Bow earrings, all from RTR.

Thin, swishy, soft, funky, and beautiful
The deep, rich, moody aubergine color with the eclectic asymmetrical shirring gives artist vibes all day. This skirt has a highly elasticized waist. It’s cold where I am now, so tights were a must, but the soft, thin nylon would be so comfortable to wear in high heat. I don’t think it wrinkles so would also make a great travel skirt. I am wearing this with the Cressida Quilt Bomber Jacket by Sea New York here, but one of the things that drew me to it was the versatile way other renters wore it so I’m excited to keep this one around for a few rounds.

Cool girl on a city murals tour vibes
Too many compliments to count! It’s warm, it has great deep pockets, it’s so happy and colorful. I could hardly feel my phone in my pocket, it doesn’t feel weighed down at all. I’m not sure how many rounds I’ll keep it, but it’ll definitely be for more than one and I’m excited to see how many different outfit combos I can pull off with this super fun piece. And yes, yes, I could. Holy moly this dress is flattering!! We couldn’t go out so we celebrated at home and this dress made for a very memorable evening. So much fun. Mid-40s, injured, and out of shape, I’d happily rent this again, but I’m unsure of what it would take for me to wear it in public. Private or public, 100% rent this sexy ruching dress, and own all the sex appeal!

“I love your sway-zer!”
.. or is it a “slay-zer”?! This cozy blazer shaped sweater is just about perfect. The pockets are not placed in such a way that makes it easy to slip my hands into them, but it’s not so bad that I would deduct a star. The warm toned color, easy fit, and thick, soft material help dress up an outfit while staying cozy in the cooler weather. Great rental!

The surprise ties in the back!
I didn’t know this top had long bits that can be tied into bows on the back neckline, which is so elastic, you don’t have to tie them more than once. They let this top transform into slightly different looks. I LOVE this top! The jewel-toned greens and complimentary oranges, the puff sleeves, the perfect shape. I just might have to keep her.

Oversized soft with a low V in a pretty jade
No itch! So soft. The neckline is a bit plunging for a cozy sweater. Usually a small to medium, I probably could have gone down to an XS, but the small still worked ok. I’ll get the XS next time. “Holy, Wednesday Adams!”
My preteen thought I had a very Jenna Ortega look going on in this dress. Maybe that’s why it’s so especially cute on those who paired it with combat boots! I liked it okay! It’s very stretchy and the sleeves are too long so I think I’d rent a size smaller if I were to rent it again.

Size way down and schlep in style
At 5’3” and 140 pounds, I tried this in a small and it was too big. Even this XS is oversized, but this time the oversized feels right sized. I wouldn’t call this material soft, but I would call the pullover addictively cozy. I would rent this again in a heartbeat and if it was priced any lower, I’d probably just bite the bullet and keep it.

I felt like a super hottie!
In a good way. I rented a large for the sake of comfort, and I’m glad I did because of the neck and tummy, but the shoulder seams are obviously ill fitted. I didn’t care though because it is otherwise amazing. The colors are bold and gorgeous and this top can be worn in so many different ways! I was at a children’s sports team fundraiser so I had to wear a cami under, but this is begging to be worn on a date with just a bra. I think it can be dressed up or down and it’s comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time. It came new with tags and I love love love where the print landed so much that even though it’s too big, I am so tempted to keep it!

Gapes between buttons, especially when sitting and it needs a handy lint roller. Slightly stretchy velvet with rhinestone studded buttons and a high-low hem, it’s soft and easy to wear.

Fits like a gown, feels like athleisure
So long on a shortie that it gets caught under foot. The t-shirt style sleeves, super stretchy material, and deep pockets give casual, but the gathered waist, long length, and high quality give elegant. The semi drop waist is so flattering. I sized down by one this time, which was great, but I wonder if sizing down by two would be even better. This dress is so comfortable and easy to style up or down, a purchase is tempting! A bag with good morels
Putting the fun in functional, this gorgeous, colorful beaded bag can carry all the essentials, but the stiff, wide strap makes it uncomfortable to carry by hand. It has a little zipper pocket inside and the magnetic closure is nice and strong. This piece wants to be the star of your look so plan accordingly.

Cute from behind, not my fave from the front
The length is perfect for petites. I liked other barrel jeans from the front a lot more than these, but I liked these the most from the back. As much as I love the way these barrel jeans fit my booty, because of the unflattering way the fabric gathered at the crotch point, I won’t rent them again.

Should have sized up by two
Ordered in my size, it was too small to fit at all. I wore it at one size up, but would have preferred to wear it a little lower on my hips than straight on my waist, especially with the slight flip of the bottom hem. If it’s still around next fall and I’m still at my current weight, I’ll rent a 12 instead of an 8, which is my usual skirt size. It is pretty short and wraps closed with two buttons so leggings helped secure the kind of necessary modesty required when volunteering at an elementary school. Sizing aside, it’s so dang cute. The fabric is so soft, the quilting is so quaint. The fall colors are beautiful. The two ties are hard to see with the pattern in a photo online, but add just enough visual interest to make the piece special.

So many interesting features in a fun barrel jean
The two-tone, the retro waistline, the center darts along the bottom hem in the back. They are comfortable, super easy to throw on for a slightly elevated every day look. At 5’3”, and currently 145 lbs., the 30 fits me perfectly, but they drag a little long if I’m not wearing heels. I’m having so much fun renting a new style of a flattering barrel jean every swap, and excited to enjoy the trend for as long as it lasts!

She’s a keeper, for another month at least!
I came for the print and silhouette, but I’m staying for the comfort and playfulness. I was only prepared for the casual cotton material because of previous reviews. Casual ish is great for the PNW, where formal wear expectations are a rare occurrence. I loved wearing this dress to see the Lion King play so much I think I’ll keep it for another round and seek out as many opportunities to wear it as possible. It’s so super comfy and flattering with pockets and a perfect fit, but the way the colorful, ruffly skirt swooshes out from under my raincoat turns a dull gray day as happy as can be.

Sized down to perfection
Started with a size 4 and wore this wonderful soft, quilted easy BOSS jacket so much, I knew I wanted to keep it, but size 4 felt slightly too big. When a size 2 became available, I bought it, and it is PERFECT. Neutral in color, but artsy in stitching, it’s so easy to throw on with pretty much any look and give it a little extra interest. Worn here with the Banjanan Quant Floral Dress, which is exceedingly comfortable and fun to wear, also from RTR.

SO soft, so easy
If I thought it could handle more than a sprinkle without soaking through, I would have bought it. The subtly satin sage green is lovely, especially how it catches and shifts the light when it moves. The softness inside the pockets is dreamy. It is warm, but not so much that it causes a sweat. Perfect for a drizzly, fall weather day in the PNW.

Perfect dress for a fun, fall day out
My daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday at multiple venues in downtown Seattle. I especially needed a solid colored look for our visit to the Museum of Illusion. This dress was super comfortable to wear all day long and walking miles between venues, keeping me both warm while outside and not too warm when inside.
