These were beautiful. Unfortunately two of the top stones were hanging on by a thread of glue so I couldn't wear them, but I would have loved to have been able to. I probably wouldn't rent them again, only because they're smaller than I imagined/than they seemed online. Definitely would've had to wear my dark hair up or they would've gotten lost.

Loved this dress and would have kept it if I could have. The bottom has a slight shimmer in some of the stripes, and one of the stripes is actually a really pale pink. With my dark hair and that accent color in the skirt, a pale pink drop earring was perfect. The skirt fabric has enough structure that it's flowy without being floaty (i.e. fun to dance and twirl in, but won't blow up in a breeze). I had a pair of nude heels and black strappy sandals and because of the colors in the skirt, I could have worn it with either pair. I have a size 32E chest and at times, the girls were close to falling out but it's definitely not possible to wear a bra with this dress. That's my only warning! Either rent this dress if you're smaller than me up top, or be aware that your girls will be seriously out on display.

This dress was very pretty and feminine. There is a slight sheen to the white fabric that makes it a little special but not too fancy. My only issue is with the lining. The white fabric on the outside has a bit of stretch but the lining has no give whatsoever. It fit well except around my bum which is not exceptionally large. I even tried with Spanx and it was a little better but then the lining kept riding up as I walked around my house. I didn't end up wearing it but envy the women with narrower builds who will be able to rock it. It should also be noted that it was pretty short! I'm 5'4 and it didn't touch the ground.

I'm 5'5, 145lbs and 34DD. The dress fit great everywhere except the shoulders, which as other reviewers have pointed out, are oddly tight given the blousy fit of the rest of the dress. We ain't lyin. I ordered the M with the L as my back-up. The shoulders in the L fit great but the top part was way too loose and the bottom was significantly longer than the M (went to the floor in 4 inch heels where the M didn't hit my ankle). I put on my big girl panties and wore the M with the tighter shoulders in favor of a better overall fit. Got several compliments. I'd buy it if I could.

I got this as a back-up and didn't wear it, but of course I tried it on. I wouldn't recommend it for busty girls. I'm 34DD and the 10 was on the border of flattening the girls--absolutely no stretch in the fabric. It's also much poofier than it seems in the picture. Very 1950s housewife shapewise, but the fabric and gold glam it up.

Awesome for the bustier among us. Not so awesome for the curvier. This dress fit perfectly everywhere except the back. Maybe I'm more bootylicious than I thought I was, but I'm a pretty solid size 8. This has some room in the front but the back doesn't have any darts and isn't super flattering. The fabric isn't very stretchy. The dress looked great while standing but I couldn't sit without fear of splitting the back of the dress open. This was my backup dress so I only got one side. I think the 10 would have fit. Customer service was super helpful but I wouldn't have been able to get it in time for my event.

I usually fall pretty solidly into the size 8 category, but rented an 8 and 10 in this dress because I'm busty for my height (34DD). I tried the 8 and I had to get my mom to zip me into it and then I couldn't breathe. I tried the 10, and it fit almost exactly the same! My mom and I actually measured them and I couldn't tell where the 10 was bigger. It was also very long. I planned on wearing it with 4.5 inch wedges to a wedding, and even with the heels on, it dragged on the floor. It probably would have been fine for some locations to have it be long, but I was going to one of those rustic Anthropologie-chic barn weddings and it just was not happening. The dress itself was lovely but I just had terrible luck with it. Had to send both sizes back unworn. So in short, girls with big boobs: dive back into the billions of choices and pick another dress.

I loved the color of this dress, and I got tons of compliments, but I couldn't rent it again. I usually fall pretty squarely into the size 8 category, but the 8 was super tight in the hips and it was impossible to breathe--there is literally no stretch at all in the fabric. The 10 was even a little more snug than I'd like, but I'm busty (34DD) for my height so that may have been the problem. I'd say if you're busty, definitely size up, but to everyone, I'm not kidding when I say there is no stretch. Bright side: I helped me have better posture throughout the evening because I could not slouch and the color definitely makes you stand out.

I work at an arts organization in San Francisco and rented this for our opening night Gala. It could not have been a better choice. The dress itself is beautiful, and I got tons of compliments all night. In fact my (female) boss later told me I was "smokin'" which was awkward and sweet at the same time. It was extremely comfortable. There is a lot of support in the bust, which is important (especially if you are going to be dancing a lot, or running and chasing photographers like I was). I'm a size 34DD, did not have to wear a bra, and didn't spend one second of the night pulling my dress up like I normally do in strapless gowns. The entire middle section is ruched, which was nice because I wore shorter heels (2.5 inches) while I was working and changed to taller, more fancy heels (4 inches) when it was time to party, so you could wear it with heels of almost any height. Great dress. Case in point: rented it as my back-up for this year's Gala.
