I rented this dress in a size 2 and 4 just to be sure (everything is usually TTS and I normally wear a 2) I had a backup for a wedding in November. It was outside and the weather was iffy so I needed more options. I picked this dress to wear alongside a jacket I rented - it fits snug in the hips/bum area so I upsized to a four which was more comfortable. I did not wear Spanx but if you aren't comfortable with form fitting pieces, you might want to get some. It's a beautiful dress in a beautiful color. Isn't too long or too short and captures all the curves perfectly!

Let me start out by saying this dress is AMAZING! I normally wear a 2R but also rented a 4R and it was true to size. If you are looking for a dress with coverage but still showcases your body shape in a classy/modest way - it's for you. While I was unable to actually wear the dress for my black-tie formal event due to getting sick, everyone who seen this dress had nothing but compliments to give. It's beautiful in photos but even more stunning in person. The only accessories I was planning on wearing was earrings - the beading on this dress brings enough sparkle to the table! It truly made me feel like a million dollars. I would suggest wearing a strapless bra as the dress straps are too thin to hide anything underneath. It is fitted in the hips, so if you're uncomfortable in that area spanx would fix it in an instant. I am 5ft 4.5in tall and the length was just right for shoes that are flat or short heeled - anything taller would have made the dress come up off the ground too much for me. Trust me - you will not regret this dress! I fell in love and you will too!
