Lots of compliments as an older person at an Engagement party
The smaller size fit, but I felt the looser fit suited the style an sophistication of the dress. The subtle sparkle as light bounced off the fabric made it festive for New Year's Eve, the sleeves complimented my arms, and the style and fabric made it mature and festive.

It was a total miss which was disappointing
I'd gotten the dress for a garden party on a hot weekend. I'm 5'8-1/2" and weigh 134lbs with an athletic build. I could have worked with it's loose fit, but the length was so long that I only could wear very high heels that would have sunk in the grass.

I found fun, sexy, comfortable dress to hostess a holiday party
I ordered the 4 and the 6 - both fit. The snugness of the 4 worked better for me though without spandex I'm more comfortable in a 6 (I'm older). The shoulder line/strap was challenging but controllable. I got compliments.
