It's giving 1980s Dallas and I'm here for it
I loved this dress but it was a little over the top on me so I didn't end up wearing it for the event that I had originally intended it for. But it's definitely a great dress! Make sure you have some double-sided fashion tape.

The only negative was that the collar kept flowing in my face--probably not great for anything outdoors where there might be wind. :) LOVED that I could wear a regular bra. The regular was PLENTY long for me, and I'm 5'9" and was wearing 3" heels. If you want a train, go for the long.

Fun casual sweater--loses shape fast!
I wore this for a trip to NYC (I'm from Miami so I just wanted a fun sweater). It lost its shape very quickly so I felt very "flashdance" in it. definitely don't size up!!

This is not for curvy girls
I have a pretty big bust, and a wide ribcage and hips. This would be better on a less curvy lady, or someone with a slighter, more athletic frame. I managed to make it work, but as soon as I could I changed out of it. I felt a bit like a sausage!

Too tight in the chest/rib cage
I have a very wide rib cage and big breasts (36D), and this just did not work. I could zip it but it wasn't flattering.

Awesome skirt--didn't have the right top
I rented this for a formal concert at which I have to wear floor-length all black. I could not find the right top to pair with it for the occasion. Would be great for a holiday work party with a bright and chic cashmere sweater!

Pretty dress, but very long
I am 5'9" and I couldn't figure out how to wear this without it looking odd. It just didn't work for me. It seemed casual, but the length was a bit dowdy on me? The eyelet showed some skin, too, so it made it seem more formal... I'm not entirely sure who would look good in this dress!

Excellent Sophisticated Party Look
I wore this for an opening night celebration and loved it. Could not wear a bra because of the V in the back, but because I was just standing all night, it wasn't an issue. If there had been dancing I would have been uncomfortable, even with garment tape.

Great for work day in Florida, with some minor edits.
This is very low-cut, so I had to wear a tank top underneath. For a chest my size, if I had worn it without a bra it would have been veeeeeeeery revealing. The slit in the front was *almost* too much for work, but I risked it. :)

Snug in all the right places
I used this for a photo shoot for promotional pictures for a website, and i loved this dress! Wish I could own it. It is snug in all the right places, perfect for that hourglass picture. I do have a wide ribcage and larger up top and I think if I had wanted to do some dancing, I would have wanted a bigger size, but for standing and looking fierce, it was amazing!

Wonderful for my winter birthday
I was turning 31and going through a rough time with other things in my life that I barely felt like even celebrating my birthday. I had gained a little weight, so getting dressed up already felt a little frustrating because nothing felt great on, and in NYC in the winter after 3 months of wearing tights, leggings and boots every single day, you just get tired of going outside! I rented this dress on a whim and it was the best thing I've ever decided to do for myself! I pulled out the same trusty leggings, long underwear and boots, but felt so special in this mod-60s style shift dress that it made what could have felt like an awful birthday into a fun night with my husband for drinks and dinner. It made me feel glamorous but also didn't once look out of place. The long sleeves kept me warm with my cashmere coat, the cut graciously hid the flaws that I was so concerned about, and I felt like Princess Grace. In short, I will ALWAYS rent a dress for my birthday. It made me feel so special.
