I wore this to an awards show and after party. It is almost true to size - slightly small. Also a bit tight on the bottom around the hem, making it slightly difficult to walk in at times. The fabric is not stretchy. Overall a very pretty dress though. I would rent it again.

This dress really shows off your legs (i.e. it's short, but in a great way). I am broad shouldered, so some dresses fit me well all over, except my chest and shoulders. This dress did not have that problem. It fit me like a glove and was comfortable moving around and dancing in. It was very flattering and the color is gorgeous - a very vibrant purple. Perfect for a wedding or cocktail party and easy to dress up or make a little more casual.

This dress definitely runs big. I usually wear a 6 and the 4 was absolutely perfect. Received many compliments on the cut and color. I am a bit broad in the chest and shoulders, but did not have the problems that some others have mentioned regarding the sleeves and back being tight. I thought it fit really well and was extremely comfortable. A big winner - one that I just might rent again!

This dress was really cute. I ordered the 6 and although it fit, I found it to be a bit tight. If you are curvy and/or fuller busted, I would go up a size. This dress seemed to be cut narrow through the chest and hips.

This dress was one of the nicest dresses I've ordered from Rent the Runway. However, if you are at all busty (C cup or bigger) I would suggest going up a size. I am typically a 4 to 6 and the 6 was really snug on me. It has to do with the lining - it is quite tailored and has no give. But it is a very pretty dress fit for everything from a date night to a formal affair.

I rented this to wear to a benefit and received many compliments. The size 6 fit perfectly and was surprisingly comfortable. It hit the floor without heels on. With my very high heels, the dress hit right about mid-heel. Still looked fabulous and I actually liked the fact I wasn't worried about tripping over it all night.
