Great vest!
It's not really a peplum but the vest is great. Good length, covers your hips so works well with a pear body. It does have a fair bit at the chest but nothing that some fashion tape couldn't fix

Looks great, weird neck
The sweater itself is great but the neck is really strange. It's between a crew neck and a turtleneck and it's just not comfortable. It's a shame because the print and the sweater is great

I wore it to a wedding and it fit really well. It is probably designed for someone with broader shoulders cos every now and then the sleeves would slip off my shoulders but I would rent this dress again!
