Thank goodness for the other reviews. I typically wear a 12/L, but sized up to a 14 based on reviews and it was perfect. I had just enough room to exist comfortably, which is good because there is zero give to this skirt. It wasn’t comfortably and very light weight - perfect for late spring / early summer.

I mostly wear a 12, and have several other Kate Spade items in size 12/L that fit properly. This dress ran quite large. I paired it with a thin white belt just to give it some shape. It also had some odd stretch/ruching material in the back that I felt cheapened the look of the overall dress. It wasn’t unattractive by any means, but I don’t think I’d rent it again.

Comfy, stylish, warm, but…
This coat has snap buttons and they unsnap constantly, with even the tiniest bit of friction or pressure. Otherwise, I would have totally purchased this coat. I loved the look, it wasn’t too bulky, it kept me warm during several cold Colorado winter mornings. I would rent it again but the buttons will keep me from buying it.

There is just SOMETHING about these pants. The waistline says feminine, the pleating says masculine, the weight and quality of the fabric whisper luxury. I don’t know that I’d ever wear them enough to justify buying them, but I will definitely think of renting them again. I rented a size 12 which is my normal size, and they fit but only just. They are high waisted and have zero stretch. If you have extra weight around the middle, you’ll want to consider sizing up. I’m 5’6” and these were loooong: I had to wear heels. However, because the pants have a more masculine feel I loved pairing them with feminine heels and a more feminine top.

Cute & Warm
Warm, comfortable, and cute. Color was deep and beautiful. 4/5 stars because it seemed to oddly cling to my stomach even though it wasn’t at all form fitting, and because it was a solidly good piece but nothing about it was a “wow”.

Bigger Bust Button Up!
In general, I have given up on button up shirts in my life - the button gaping has been inescapable. As such, I almost didn’t bother trying this dress. It was thrilling to finally find a button-up that worked for me! My normal size (12) worked perfectly for me. I am a DD/E and there is only the slightest tautness at my chest. The dress itself is incredibly comfortable, insanely lightweight (so perfect for hot summer days), and has pockets! I wore it to work and felt classy and professional, but it works well as a casual piece, too. I couldn’t return it. Had to buy.

Vibrant, Rich Color
I sized up and thought the fit was perfect. When I first tried on this dress I didn’t have any special feelings about it but after wearing it for a day, I bought it! Honestly, I received too many compliments on this dress to not buy it. 😂 Most of the compliments surrounded the color; it’s a vibrant shade of blue. It is also a great length for work and made me feel polished, professional, and maybe just a little bit powerful. :) The sleeves have zippers and I did not play around with those to see what the dress looked like with cuffed sleeves (this is the only purpose to zippered sleeves that I can think of) but now that summer is here, I’m excited to try.

A little on the large side
I ordered a size up just because that’s what I’m used to needing to do on RTR, but I’m considering renting these again at TTS. I had plenty of room in the waist - as in, I could pull these off my body without unbuttoning - which is where things are usually snug on me. These type of pants are so out of my comfort zone but I ended up adoring them. They’re fun, not too hot, made a little bit of noise because my thighs touch but it wasn’t awful or embarrassing, and I felt stylish in them. They’re on my Buy List!

Runs Large, Recommend TTS or size down
For context, I normally wear a 12 and have found that while I can fit into a 12 in Trina Turk, 14 has been better for me. I ordered size 14 and these were large, particularly at the waistline. The waistline is normally my problem area, but I actually used a binder clip (don’t judge) to make these smaller at the waist! That being said, I almost bought them. Loved them. I would alter the closure at the waist to be smaller and they fit nicely everywhere else. They are medium-weight, fun, comfortable and stylish.

Fun, Funky, but Not Especially Flattering
These were outside of my comfort zone but I quickly felt confident wearing them for the day. They are warm. And if you do not have a thigh gap, they will make noise as you walk and the legs run together, but it’s not awful. I did not love the top of the pants; I found these hard to style and not flattering. Similarly, they did not do my derrière any favors. Not sure I’d rent again but they were fun for the day!

Glorious Green!
I am not sure why this dress is such a miss with others! I loved it. The front keyhole detail and the sleeves provide points of interest without being too flashy or overwhelming. The color is beautiful. The length is perfect for work. And pockets! I will agree that the pockets may be visible and/or can add a little bulk, depending on how the dress fits. I ordered TTS and really didn’t feel I had any issues with this. As another reviewer mentioned, moving the pockets from the front to the back can address this issue if you’re feeling self-conscious. Pretty sure I’m going to buy this one!

Beautiful Color
Honestly a little sad to be sending it back! Glad I sized up; it fit super comfortably without being too big. The asymmetrical cut provides a nice point of interest and the color is really lovely - maybe a touch of burgundy in there? Wore it for date night and then work the next day.

Good but not chic
This skirt fit comfortably and was a good solid staple -lots of outfit possibilities with it. Also: pockets! Hard not to love pockets. It didn’t quite feel designer quality: the material so a little on the thin side and the cut of the fabric falls pretty straight from the hips; it didn’t give off a nice silhouette. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent but I wouldn’t expect to fall in love with it.

Fit Was a Little Off
Wore this for Thanksgiving. It is a cute shirt with fun details (the puff shoulders, the tied sleeves, the neckline, the button back). My husband really liked it, which surprised me. I did feel a little bit like a pilgrim, though, and there was just something a little off about the fit - it felt like it pulled ever so slightly on the left side. Solid rental but doubt I will rent again.

Fun and Flattering
I almost didn’t rent these because I was concerned the pattern would be unflattering, and the length looked potentially awkward. I LOVED them. The length is a little shorter than my traditional work pant but it looked so cute with heels and flats. The pattern was super flattering. The way the pants fit from the knee-down is so fun - it’s almost like they have the tiniest amount of swing to them. My husband was also a big fan of how my butt looked in them. TTS - I am a solid size 12 and have a little extra at my waist after my second child, and these fit perfectly and were just the slightest bit snug at my waist. Ultimately couldn’t bring myself to send these back - bought them!

Couldn’t Bear to Send It Back
Bought it - this piece was too unique and fun to send back. There are so many outfit possibilities! I am a pretty TTS 12 and the only con was that even with sizing up to a 14, the skirt was a little tight. Bought it anyway - I didn’t want to get the next size up because I worried that might look too bulky. If you don’t plan to tuck in your top, you could easily not clasp the back of the skirt to give yourself a little more breathing room.

Lovely
Really beautiful, well-made dress. Wore it twice. Felt heavy to hold but did not feel heavy or hot on. The only con to speak of is that (for me, at least) that band underneath the bust was a little tight. This resulted in a little bit of back bulge depending on my movements, but also was deceptively tight on my ribs.

Beautiful Piece
This skirt feels as much art as it does clothing. The print is gorgeous, feels expensive, and the skirt flows beautifully. It was true to size but a tad in the snug side - there is no stretch in the waist - so if you are at all between sizes, you may want to size up.

Fun Summer Skirt
The fabric and print is gorgeous, and it is well-made. The ruching on the front provides some distraction from problem tummy areas, and the ruching on the back gives a nice shape to the skirt. There is zero stretch. I went up a size and it was still snug. Also the zipper is in the back in the middle of the ruching and this makes zipping a little bit of a challenge.

Would Marry This Dress
Loooove. There is just something about this dress. It feels expensive, flirty and fun all at once. It's well-constructed. Super flatting on the legs. Do not hesitate to rent this one. Felt Like a Million $
I was skeptical about this color when deciding to rent this dress but I am so glad I rented it anyway! It is a great medium-weight dress that fit me TTS, is well-made, and hugged in all the right places. I felt like a million $. This dress is on my Buy list! If you're a RTR Monthly member, don't sleep on this designer - they have a lot of other cute pieces that I can't wait to try!

Potentially Frumpy
It was just overall a "meh". I loved the colors but everything else just wasn't a win for me. I think overhang detail/cut at the top is maybe only cute if you have a flat stomach. That paired with the length and lack of structure made me feel more frumpy than cute. Runs a little small, I sized up to be on the safe side. Probably could have worn my normal size but maybe not comfortably.

This skirt is so lovely. The colors are rich and it would be easy to pair with a multitude of colors on the top. It does run small - I sized up one size and could not have worn it at my normal size. If anything, I wish the top of the skirt had just a little more structure - it is 100% loose and flowy.

Beautiful color and fun dress. I rented a 12 which is my normal size and it was too tight. Also way, way too short for me. As in, if I sat down my butt cheeks would be touching the chair rather than covered by this dress. I'm 5'6". Overall I feel like this dress might be best for more petite queens.

Solidly Good, But Not Great
Quality material, wonderful construction, and the back zips all the way down (like, in half) so that's sort of fun. Overall just wasn't a "love". This is dress is obviously all business but the straps are on the narrow side so they felt a little casual, and the cut at the top showed my bra a little. I wished the grey would have been darker for more of a contrast/pop.

Busty Girls Beware
This dress is absolutely gorgeous. The sleeves are fantastic, the quality and construction of the dress is awesome. I am normally a size 12, rented a size 14. It was very body-con at this size. The main con was how boobalicious I was in this dress. If I were going out on the town I wouldn't think twice about it, but I wore it for a wedding and was super self-conscious about it all night. If you're busty and/or curvy you may want to go up two sizes depending on how you want this dress to fit.

The colors are vibrant and the asymmetrical hemline is fun. I also felt like the stripe pattern at the front minimized the appearance of my remaining baby-belly. I received several compliments. It's on my "buy" list! I am normally a size 12 and RTR recommended a 14 which was a MUST - I would recommend sizing up unless you have a straight and narrow body shape.
