Mine didn't come with the belt and it just didn't fit my waist right without it so I didn't wear it. I'm 5'3" and it was long without heels on. You can pull the boo.b part wide or narrow to fit your liking. I was going to pair it with a cropped leather jacket for it to be weather appropriate but didn't wear it since the belt was missing.

At 5'3" with meas about 34-22-38 this ran just a bit big and a little on the longer side so there was fabric bunching around abdomen and back area. Hides somewhat broader shoulders really well. Extremely warm! Pattern and colors are vibrant and eye catching. Worn dressed up and down and both times were a hit. RTR Please open a office here and make me a stylist!
