The fit was very form fitting, yet a nice sturdy fabric with a slight slight amount of stretch, almost making you feel sucked in. I mean that in a good way. The color was so perfect. A vibrant red which I would imagine would compliment any skin tone. The length was perfectly above my knee without looking trashy; which can be tricky on my short, 5'2 not perfrctly skinny (or young) body. After lots of dancing, I did find the dress to slip around a bit...maybe it was the lining? Im not sure, but it was so simple yet flirty and fun that I would definitely recommend the dress to a friend. Beware-if you have a belly bump, you may want spanx. No bra needed, but the back kind of implies that.

The dress was very form fitting yet flattering on my curves. Not much stretch but the material is substantial, making me feel quite secure. Had to watch my bra from peaking out every so often but overall a great dress. Absolutely loved the "leather" detail. I'd rent this dress again in a heartbeat. Wish I owned it!

I'm ordinarily in between a 10 and 12. I wore the 12 as it fit like a glove and there's no stretch or give to the fabric. Putting it on was a chore as the zipper is a challenge but I figured out to put the dress in backwards and zip it up without my arms in the sleeves. Then turn the dress around and squeezed my arms in. Less than ideal but it worked. The fabric is heavy, and very flattering. Perfect for the chilly Fall evening. I'm 5'2", and it hit right above my knee. I loved this dress, and would werar it again in a heartbeat!
