First, I want to say the color is a deeper red than shown, but it's a beautiful color. I originally rented the 38R and 40L (the lengths were VERY close), but both were too small. Luckily the wonderful customer service at RTR overnighted me a 42 (don't remember if it was L or R). It fit better but was still tighter than I would have liked. This is not a dress for women with larger hips--there is NO stretch at all to the fabric and SPANX can only do so much! I'm a seamstress so I loved all the intricate seams, but from a distance, it looked like just another red halter dress. Unfortunately, for me, it just didn't have that "wow" factor I was hoping for.

This was a gorgeous dress. The beading detail was just enough sparkle, I just needed to add some understated earrings and the look was perfect. The dress is fully lined, which gives it nice structure (and doesn't show the outlines of your SPANX!). I ordered both regular and long lengths--I highly recommend ordering the long length. I am 5'3" and I could've worn the regular with flats. With a pair of stilettos, the long was perfect. The fabric feels great--a good weight but still comfortable and just the slightest bit of stretch. Overall, I was very happy with this dress and given the right event would definitely rent it again.

I was excited to rent this dress, but when it came I was unable to wear it. I read the reviews and ordered my normal dress size (6) and one size down (4). I have a short torso, so I'm used to bodices not *quite* fitting right. The size 6 was way too big on top; I had almost 2" of extra fabric at the shoulders. The fabric is stretchy but it pulled across my thighs, so I ended up with extra fabric in back and pulled fabric in the front. The size 4 was too tight and the lining was longer than the sequins so it didn't look right. This would fit someone with fewer curves and a longer torso much better (i.e. if you're built like the model). Also, as other people have pointed out, the sequins are very scratchy. Some of them stick out straight at the side seams and underarm seams so even if you aren't swinging your arms at your sides you will still end up sore.

I got these earrings in my mystery bling and they matched both of the dresses I rented perfectly. They are on the heavy side but surprisingly I was able to wear them for an entire night of tango dancing and they were totally comfortable. I have very sensitive ears so I was a little apprehensive about renting earrings but I had zero problems. I got lots of compliments on the earrings, which of course turned me into a walking advertisement for RTR. I love the look on peoples' faces when I tell them, "It's a rental!"

I rented two dresses and was wondering what the stylists would choose for my accessory. I got the Nicole Miller Magnolia Flower Earrings that went great with BOTH of my dresses! It was so much fun getting an extra surprise on top of the thrill of renting a dress, I will definitely be doing the mystery bling more often!

This is a gorgeous color and the material is extremely stretchy. I was afraid it would be too small, but both sizes stretched enough that I could have worn either one. I ordered the size 6 and 8, but went with the 8 because the 6 was a little tighter than I felt was appropriate for my event. The description describes the dress as having a cable knit--it does not. It's texture is more pebbly but still very nice. The open back is super sexy but is still high enough that you can wear SPANX without a problem! I was a little disappointed that the dress wasn't lined. The material is somewhat thin, so SPANX are a must. I was able to wear a NU-bra with the dress without any problems. I wore it to a tango dance party and was able to dance comfortably all night! The compliment I kept getting was "Wow. You look really great!" Lots of fun, and very sexy but very classy at the same time.

This dress was so much fun to wear--it's more of a golden yellow than bright yellow but the fabric has a nice weight and is very well constructed. The dress is fully lined, plus it has little straps in the shoulders to keep your bra straps from peeking through the cutouts. And it has pockets! I got tons of compliments, and a simple black belt was the perfect finishing touch. I have a short torso, so the waist hit me right at my natural waist--I would imagine that it would hit higher on someone with an average to long torso. For me it fit like a glove and I will definitely rent it again!

I rented this for a wedding but ended up not wearing it. The fabric is quite stiff, so the skirt stands out a lot. For girls with hips, it's going to look like you're wearing a poodle skirt. It's also longer than pictured. It would be a fun dress if you're built like a model, but doesn't work so much if you're shorter with an hourglass figure. The straight-across bodice doesn't really do the cleavage any favors, either.

This was my #2 pick but ended up wearing it for a friend's wedding. The skirt hits a little longer for short girls like me. Also, I have a short torso so the halter strap was a couple inches too big, wish it was adjustable but it wasn't anything a few safety pins and fashion tape couldn't fix. There was a small hole in the side seam when I received it but I stitched it up easily. I thought it was pretty simple but I got TONS of compliments at the wedding. It really emphasizes the curves of an hourglass figure. The fabric is quite stretchy but also thick so it holds you in while still offering a little give. Great LBD!

The dress fit well except the shoulders were too big, so they fell a little awkwardly. Also the arm holes were a tad big so sometimes you could see the side of my bra. Overall it's a really cute dress with a great vintage feel. I think the navy part in front is a little unnecessary and actually looks more black than blue, so it went well with my black shoes. It was fun for a beach wedding with my husband's Puerto Rican family, very tropical feeling!

This dress is so much fun! I normally wear a medium, but the small fit well. It is not fitted, but is short enough that it doesn't look like a sack. Sequins are a bit scratchy on the side seams, but honestly I didn't notice because I was having so much fun! The lining is a bit slippery, so I recommend a bit of fashion tape to keep the neckline and sides in place. It's stretchy, so will accommodate a variety of figures. The rectangular sequins look very cool, you will definitely stand out! The name of this dress says it all--when you have it on, you can't help but shimmy it all night!
