I'm usually a size 16 I have a broad back and shoulders after years of doing backstroke swimming so I ended up wearing a 18. I loved this dress. I thought the tummy area would be an issue but the quality of the gown didn't let that happen. The sequins was very scratchy on my inner arms and uncomfortable at points. I chose this because of the color and looks great on redheads. Perfect for my Black tie wedding
