Loved it- but not for work event
Will probably purchase this dress for other occasions. Way too revealing for the work event I rented it for. Slit in the back was very high. Loved the dress and the style! Velvet is definitely not for summer though. Love the dress- just didn't work out for what I rented it for.

Perfect for work event!
Wore for a work event- a cocktail attire event my museum was hosting. I'm newly postpartum and the dress made me feel covered up and confident. I didn't want anything revealing for work, nor did I necessarily want to "stand out". This dress was perfect and comfortable. I was able to move and walk a lot without fear of anything happening.

Arms & hips are too small. Not good for hourglass shape, or for anyone with any arm muscles whatsoever. I love the high slit and I was looking forward to wearing this! The material is great- although long sleeve it would have been just fine for a summer wedding.
