The waste was too big
The dress was adorable except for the waist. I looked frumpy. I ended up pinning it in the back and wearing a jacket to cover the pin, and it worked out.

It's work so n/a.
There is something really weird about the extra fabric around the waist. Might be good if you are trying to hide something buy not if you have a fit figure that you don't want to hide.
