True to size. Perfect for rainy/snowy/cold weather. Able to still layer 3 leggings underneath.

so cute! such good quality and makes a great statement sweater. wore with blue jeans, grey jeans and leather pants - very versatile. ordered a L for an oversized fit, would maybe do a M to make it a little shorter - but will order again!
