I am 5'4 and weigh 140 lbs. I wore the size 6. The pants were flatting and I wore them several times. They were tight around the top, which is not stretch material and did cut into me a little bit by the end of the day. They are ankle length. My biggest gripe is that they appear very worn. I would order them again.
