It's okay. It's a little boxy and the fabric is more casual than you think by the photos. It's still fine for work, but you might want to pair it with a jean or more casual pant.

Lots of compliments; prepare to iron
This is a great skirt. I would wear it again, but the fabric is cotton/linen like and will arrive wrinkled. because there is a lot of material, be prepared to iron/steam it.

Pretty wrap; too much cleavage
This is such a pretty dress and the material is great. But, the V at the top is too deep. You have to wear a camisole. The snap on the dress isn't enough. Like many other reviews, a slip is helpful for the slit.

It was a great color, and the sleeves made the dress.
I really liked the length and color. The fit was nice, a little big in the chest for me but not super fitted/tight. The zipper did keep catching my hair. The dress has a zipper that runs the length of the back so I did have to unzip the bottom slightly to make it easier to walk. Overall, I got tons of compliments on this dress throughout the night and felt confident and comfortable.

Lovely floral pattern. Flattering ruching. Runs small.
It's a lovely, light dress. It works great if you're doing a lot of siting or running around where you don't want to be concerned about getting wrinkles. The length was nice. But, I normally wear an 8. By the time I ordered, the backup 10 wasn't available so I got the 12. I ended up wearing the 12. The 10 would have been perfect. While I got the 8 zipped, it was too tight for a work function and would have had to constantly been adjusted. Make sure to get the backup size, one size up. The 12 was a little too big, but I knew it would be more comfortable and appropriate than the 8.

This dress is great for a professional event. I received lots of comments. The color is a nice rich burgundy red; great for fall. The dress hit at that perfect right below the knee mark, making it a little more work formal. Here's the down side of this one. It's a heavy fabric, not breathable. Because my event was outside, I sweated a lot; the dress showed it :( But if you're indoors, no worries. The second is it runs small. Size up! I normally wear a medium/8. I had to wear the large here.

If you want a stunning, red dress, this one is it!
The fabric felt amazing. The red color is a great red (true red - not pink). This dress is appropriate for a formal affair; I would not wear it to a less formal gathering as it has a small train. You can easily wear a strapless bra and Spanx with it if you like; I did just to create a seamless silhouette. I ended up sizing up to a 10R; I normally would be an 8R. While the 8R zipped, I just felt it was too snug. The 10 was a touch too big around the bust, but it looked better overall. My only complaint with the dress (and it really isn't with the dress itself) but I could tell (no one else could thought) that the dress had been worn and dry cleaned many times. The color was a touch faded, the fabric and seams a little worn, and the zipper a little tired.

Rented this dress for a fancy but not super formal New Year's Eve party.
There is zero give on the zipper of this dress. I went up a size just for comfort for the night. But the fuller skirt is really what sets this dress apart and makes it a little more formal and fun. It had a great amount of shimmer and as the night wore on, I loved the pockets on the dress which easily fit my small clutch. This dress would also be very flattering and functional for ladies with bigger busts.
