First off, this dress is actually magenta pink, not red but it's stunning! Super lightweight and flowy, great to dance in. The medium was big on me but stayed up without adjusting. Great dress!

I am 5'4 132lbs and wore a size 6 regular. It fit perfectly and it's stretchy so you can sit, dance, move easily. I had so many complements! The only issue I had were the straps were a little too long. I could see rips on the straps where other people had pinned them. Unless you have a very full bust, you may need to do something with the straps so your breast aren't hanging out all night.
