I loved this dress! I would definitely recommend spanx, but overall I'd say the dress fit was true to size. It was form fitting without being too tight for a semi work event. The neckline was beautiful and I was able to wear a regular bra with it. I wore cowboy boots (theme was Black Tie & Boots) with the dress and the length was perfect. If you plan to wear anything taller than a kitten heel, I'd suggest getting the long. I was at a very large event (10k+ people) where I'd say at least 1/4 of the women got their dress from RTW, so I was nervous about showing up in the same dress as several other women. Luckily, I didn't run into anyone else in this dress. If you're looking for something classy and stylish with a modest amount of sexy, this is your dress.

Emerald is such a hot color right now! These earrings provided just the pop of color I needed and people complemented them all night long. As others have said, the earrings were a bit heavy, but I was able to wear them for about 8 hours before they really started bothering me.
