I'm usually a 10 or 12 but the 12 was a bit big on me (the 10 was sold out by the time I rented--this was a back-up dress). However, nothing a couple safety pins couldn't fix! This is probably my favorite rental I've gotten from RTR. It was very flattering, comfortable, and I loved the colors and embroidery work. Pretty comfortable to dance in, though I couldn't spread my legs very far apart.

Wore to a summer wedding with formal (specified "floor-length dresses") dress code. It's long, so I wore it for a night where there was no dance floor so it could drag a teensy bit and still look nice but be comfortable. I originally rented the 8 and 10 based on other reviews (I usually am between a 10 and 12, but mistakenly thought I should try sizing down because I didn't want it to be too loose), but the 10 was just a little too small to zip and the 12, which I later got and ended up wearing, was the perfect size for me. As others have noted, it's pretty secure at the chest--I did wear a strapless sticky bra, but I don't think I needed to. Got lots of compliments on the color. I'd rent it again!

As others have noted, there's no corset or zipper or anything to give it much structure--there's the underwire/underboob bit, but I don't think that aligns to most boobs (certainly not mine, and probably not anyones that are bigger than maybe an A cup). Nonetheless, the dress was great! The lack of structure and stretchy material up top made it super comfortable. I wore it with a strapless sticky bra which helped me readjust things occasionally with the out-of-place underwire bit. The pleats are lovely and don't require ironing or steaming to stay structured. The dress is pretty short--I'm just under 5'4" and I wore it with flat sandals because heels would have put it at a weird length. Overall, would recommend! It's very forgiving and flattering and would work for lots of occasions!
