I felt so glamorous!
I wore this to a gold-and-silver-themed black tie wedding, and it was fabulous! I felt gorgeous and received so many compliments. I probably could have gotten away with an 8, but with garment tape to keep the halter in place, the 10 looked stunning but felt comfortable all evening, even during an outdoor ceremony in the summer heat. Rent it, you won't regret it.

Stunner of a dress, but too restrictive
This dress definitely requires assistance to zip up the back. Once it's on, it's gorgeous and sucks everything in. I ended up not wearing it, though, because I needed something that I could wear for several hours, and this dress was just too restrictive to be comfortable for that long.

Lovely detail but fit like a tent
The dress is beautifully made but I could have sized down to a medium and possibly even a small, though the shoulders might have been a bit tight in the small. The large looked like a maternity dress on me, and the top wasn't fitted at all. Might work for someone with more up top, but I returned it early after wearing it only once.

Nice vest
I didn't end up wearing this one, but I did try it on. The fit was good, and the vest was soft and comfortable. Perfect for layering with silk or sparkles for a date night or under a blazer to add an edgy vibe to an office outfit.

They start out cute . . .
When I first put these on, I understood why they have been so popular. They are comfortable, great for colder weather, and are super flattering. Over the course of the day, however, they stretch out considerably in the knees, and after a few hours of wearing one leg was at least and inch longer than the other. I'm hoping RTR actually lets this review post, because this is information I would want to know when considering whether to use a spot for an item.

Versatile layer, dress up or down
I liked this top on its own and under a cardigan with the ribbon down the front showing. The color is beautiful, and the top is well-constructed. Not at all sheer in the torso, which is a plus for me. The only downside, and why it gets four starts, is that the ruching didn't work on my figure when I tucked it in.

Goes with everything, heavy and warm
This is a winter workhorse that looks great with jeans or dressed up with a skirt, heels, and scarf. I love bell sleeves any day, and they are especially nice when you are layering. It's heavy and warm, but the cotton/wool blend keeps it from being stifling. Unfortunately, the fabric does hold onto odors, making this higher maintenance if you're wearing it in regular rotation, which is why I docked it a star.

Beautiful color, perfect fit, didn't love the texture
I loved everything about the look and fit of the top. The neckline is really flattering, open enough for a necklace, but not too deep, and the color looked really cute over a v-neck sweater. The fabric was a little stiff, though.

Perfect fall/winter skirt
The cut on this skirt is so flattering, and the fabric and waistband are soft and comfortable. The colors are subtle but richly saturated. It was a perfect length for loafers, chelsea boots, or knee-high boots on me.

Fun, edgy, surprisingly comfortable
These trousers were comfortable from the moment I put them on. They look and feel very much like genuine leather, and they instantly elevate a simple pull-over or blouse into an evening-ready outfit. I would probably try sizing down if I rent them again, though.

Lots of compliments, super cozy
This was a super cute sweater, easy to style with leather pants for date night or jeans and a button down for an everyday look. It is thick and fuzzy, very cozy, but the tailored fit keeps it elevated.

Huge, unworkable
In spite of the reviews, I had hopes that this skirt would work if I sized down from my RTR recommended size of a large to a medium. Dear Reader, it did not. There is just too much fabric, which to be fair, is nice, weighty fabric suitable for colder and transitional weather.

Lovely, well made, too small, more casual than office
This vest is clearly well-made, but it does not have the crisp, edgy-but-put-together look that it has in the photo. The navy is not as dark and saturated, and the fabric has a subtle pucker that makes it look more like seersucker than suiting material. There is a placket behind the buttons that kept the vest from showing skin down the middle, but overall, the fit was very tight -- no room even for a thin shirt underneath. The tight fit together with the look and feel overall made this more of a night out or casual piece IMO, rather than work-appropriate.

Too large and frumpy looking
I took my RTR recommended size in this blouse, and it was way too big. I ended up returning it without wearing. The pattern is cute, but the blouse is an awkward length to tuck in. A smaller size may work better, but in my RTR recommended size, the shirt was unflattering.

Amazing blouse, fit was perfect
The size 10 fit like it was tailored for me. A perfect length to tuck in without restricting the movement in my arms and shoulders. The details -- from the covered buttons, to the pintuck ruffles -- give the blouse a truly luxe look and feel. I was a little concerned because it does wrinkle easily, and the wrinkles didn't come out with a careful steaming. Once the blouse was off the hanger and on me, however, the wrinkles really didn't show at all.

Beautiful, luminous print, size down
I took the RTR recommended large in this shirt, and it was too big, with a tent-like vibe. I think the shirt works best untucked in order to make the understated but luminous colors and pattern in the print really pop. I may update my review after trying a medium, but as it was this piece was just OK for me.

Beautiful dress, odd fit for me
I am small-busted and long through the torso, and the dress was too big in the chest and too tight through the waist for me. It's too bad, because it really is a beautiful dress that I'm sure would look great on the right body type. I ended up returning without wearing.

Overall, I loved the look of these jeans, and they are a great length. They were really uncomfortable through the waist and rise, though, for the first few times I wore them for a night out. Any good pair of jeans is going to have a break in period when new or after washing, but these took longer than usual and weren't ever comfortable enough for all-day wear.

Cute and wearable, maybe size down
Like other reviewers mentioned, this jacket would be better if it had embroidery on the back as shown in the pictures on the RTR site. In the recommended size this fit like a regular winter outerwear jacket with plenty of room for a sweater over a button up underneath. It is lightweight and probably packable, but I felt like it's more a workhouse than the statement piece it's trying to be.

Good casual winter jacket
I really liked the fit, and the jacket is warm and stylish. It's heavy and a bit bulky, so not super packable if you're traveling. I also prefer a two-way zipper in coats and raincoats, so that I can adjust when I'm sitting or driving while still keeping my torso warm.

Heavy and warm, size down for cardigan fit
This beautifully constructed sweater is heavy and roomy enough to wear as an elevated alternative to a lightweight winter jacket. I wore it layered with sweaters and sweater vests for a polished everyday look. If you want to wear it as a cardigan, definitely size down.

Lovely, vivid print; fiddly mockneck
The print on this is what you'd expect from FARM Rio: bold, vividly detailed, rich and saturated colors. The versatile colorway and style go with just about everything, from jeans to black velvet. The mock neck collar, though, refused to lay flat and ended up mostly looking like a messy crew neck. It either needs to be a little taller with a bit of structure, or just be a crew neck and leave it at that.

Amazing colors, flattering, comfortable
I was pleasantly surprised when this dress arrived, and I realized the pattern is a gorgeous blend of deep purples, navy, and cobalt, in addition to the turquoise and aquamarine that are more prominent in the photo. The thick jersey material and ruching were super flattering, and I was able to forgo both a bra and shapewear because of the light compression and thickness of the fabric. I received a lot of compliments on the look :) The back zipper was annoying because -- like all back zippers on curve-hugging styles for me -- it buckled a little, so the line of the dress in the back wasn't as smooth and polished as I would have liked. I really wish designers would consider side zips on these kinds of styles. I'd prefer having to pull the dress on over my head to a too-prominent zipper that spoils the line of the dress.

Great color, a little tight in the elbows
Overall, I really liked the look and feel of this jacket. The subtle pattern in the fabric is beautiful, and the colors are great for the fall. It goes with everything and looked cute over a dress or paired with jeans and a mock-neck as pictured. The one minor issue was with how the thick, felted fabric was a little constricting at the elbows when I was shouldering a bag or taking off a hat, etc. It wasn't a problem for the most part, but I wouldn't wear this jacket when I had a commute on public transit, for example, where that tight fit might be a nuisance.

My new favorite fall/winter/transitional season pants
These pants are gorgeous and sooooo versatile! I packed them for a 10-day trip, and they looked as freshly pressed and laundered on the last day as they did before I put them in my suitcase. The length is perfect for heels, loafers and boots. And the nifty drawstring feature was really useful on days when it was rainy, and I didn't want to worry about splash from wet streets and puddles. As others have noted, these have a flattering high waist, and the darts on the front add tailored polish while maintaining a streamlined silhouette. The easy care (they're machine washable!) fabric is amazingly spill and stain resistant, but it drapes beautifully and is very comfortable. And, of course, pockets! I am strongly considering buying these.

Great look for work or play
I wouldn't have rented this if the RTR stylist hadn't recommended it. I just usually bypass looks that even nod towards body-con. I'm so glad I rented this dress, though. It's comfortable and sooooo flattering. I've worn it (without shape wear!) to work and to the theater. Several people stopped me on the street to compliment my look, which is always fun:)

I ordered the size recommended by RTR, but it was way too big. I probably could have sized down a couple of sizes. I wonder, though, if the arms might be too short then, since the sleeves and shoulders were OK; it was just the chest, waist, and hips that seemed way too big, even for an oversize fit.

These are lovely, well made and perfect for Fall or Winter temperatures. The fit is true to size. I should have ordered the 10R, which RTR recommended, but I size up because I sometimes like more room in the waist and rise. Didn't need to, and I will probably rent the correct size in the future because they are so nice.
