I usually run between a medium and a large depending on the cut for Madewell (34DDD, 29-30 jean, 5'11") and went with the medium based on reviews. Ideally it would be a smidge longer but I love how easy it is to throw on with jeans or shorts, fall/spring depending on how you style it. I'm buying it because my husband said he loves it on me. So I have to, right??

It definitely has a larger fit, I usually wear a large and I'm 5'11" and busty - the 2 fit great. I got endless compliments and wore it so many times (barely wore the other items in that month's rental). I really want to buy it but the price point is tough! Dressed it down for a football game with sneakers and wore it to a work event with nicer flats. Definitely renting again!

I actually wore this twice while I had it rented ... once for dinner with my family for my birthday, then second for drinks that same weekend! I couldn't help it, it was super comfortable and got so many compliments. It was very flattering and easy to dress up or down. I forgot to take a picture, but I'm typically a 8/10 and the large was great. I tried on and off the shoulders and liked off the best - i just had a bit of trouble keeping them up. Overall great, I want to buy!

This is a beautiful dress - and it's actually dark navy, not black! The dress definitely runs big...I think I could have even done a small. However, adding some accessories really helps with adding shape to the look, and I got tons of compliments. The only thing is that if you want a dress that gives you shape, this is not the one. I still recommend, it's a very classy and chic look! Perfect for a rehearsal dinner and party!

This dress was amazing. The colors and material are even better in person, the pictures don't do it any justice. It was perfect for a formal wedding. Material was thick (so it hides everything) but still had give, so was great for dancing. Fit was true to size, and it was long enough at 5'11" to just wear flats. Got compliments all night, I want to wear it again! Must rent, definitely a win! Love love love!!! Bonus- POCKETS!
