Why the short sleeves??
I loved this piece except for the 3/4 length sleeves. On cold spring/summer days the color and vibe of this is perfect but it didn't keep me warm. And the quilting makes it too heavy for warmer days. Just impractical. Kind of a granny chic look and I liked the quilting and covered buttons but I'm just mad at the sleeves.

A joy
Great quality silk dress. Short so I styled it over brown leather leggings. If I owned this I'd cut off the attached sash and style it with a belt. Lovely to wear, felt special.

Practical and chic and sexy too
Loved this piece. Great under a jacket in cool weather. The ribbon detail adds a nice touch. And the ruching worked great and looks pretty sexy. It does run short and a bit tight. Medium worked for me as I am short waisted but it might be good to size up unless you want to wear it for date night. I might buy this one.

Fit a bit big. I liked the brown details but the shiny gold buttons pushed this to a look I don't like. A little to wanna-be fancy.

Not flattering on a high waisted gal
I loved the idea of this dress but it fell wrong. Not flattering for the waist/belly area and the jersey was a tad thin to cover panty lines. Would be great on the right body type. Loved the color but did not wear.

I liked this piece, it pretty weekendy. The crop was good for my short waist build. Fabric was soft, not stiff like denim. Looking forward to renting the set.

Different!
I thought these ran big. Fun and trendy, nice drape and very comfortable. Easy to style. Wore to work. I think the fabric quality is a bit questionable though, and expect the slight pulling will become an issue as the garment ages.

Wanted to love this but the fabric around the belly area added bulk, and the cut is on the longer waisted side so it was not flattering for my short waisted figure. I'd say size down on this one. Fabric is very nice.

I had not realized the bandeau is attached to the vest. I enjoyed it but not interested in baring my midriff so styled it with a white button down. Cut is on the longer waisted side.

Structured sweater
Came new with tags. Nice oatmeal color, easy to style. A heavy and structured knot. I am sensitive to itchy stuff and needed to wear a long sleeve with this, it is nice quality but a tiny bit itchy. I'm not a fan of the bell sleeve, though I did appreciate the nice silhouette. Feels elevated. Not sure how well the wool will hold up to RTRs cleaning.

I rented these twice and preferred the large fit because the pants have a short rise and run a little small. I'll try L next time. Fun, trendy look but with a fabric that is dressy enough for work - kind of a faux wool. I'm concerned the fabric might pill over time.

Great print, small waist
Beautiful dress. The fabric, print, and fabric are all fabulous. Very cinched waist; I am between a 6 and an 8, and I found the 6 wearable, but I needed a wide belt to keep the waist from gaping. Next time I will try an 8. If I owned it, I might get it hemmed; it's a little longer than I prefer, though it's fine with heels. For a short/petite frame, the length and fullness could overwhelm.

Nice weight, good length and details. High waist. A tiny bit of give. Next time I will size up as the waist was tight. For someone with more of a waistline these might be good, but I could see the pockets gapping if you have an hourglass or much of a booty.

On trend and not itchy
Loved these for a work trip to Paris in January. High waist. Great cut. I loved the tweedy fabric. I did not like to set, with the top I felt overwhelmed by the fabric. Pants were easy to style, good for work or a weekend.

Agree with other reviewers that the pearl button is not great. I sized up and so it didn’t seem plume it was about to pop off. I did not like the matching jacket, too specific. But these were easy weekend wear.

Nice coat - structure and fabric make it not too casual, so it's good for work. loved the blue-black combo. great pockets (side as well as the patches in front). Glad I took the size down advice, I usually take a S or M, but these was plenty of room under the XXS-XS for a jacket.

Almost AMAZING, still really nice
This is a great-looking dress that does well for day-to-evening and works in winter. It was a tiny bit itchy at the neck, and I did not love the way the collar and the neck ties worked together. The waist is super strechy, a little hard to pair with a belt. Fabric is gorgeous; a bit dressy for the day but not too over-the-top.

Fabulous cut, great for a brooch
I loved the elastic at the back and the cropped cut - very updated. Fabric is high-quality and pretty soft, though I wore it with a turtleneck since I am sensitive to wool. Arms are super long. Great with a brooch. Really a quality piece, love Maje.

Interesting piece
Very warm, structured and sophisticated. Tad tight across the chest. I was so-so on the bell sleeve. The piece I got was new so the wool was pretty soft and in good condition but it might not do well over repeated cleanings.
