Perfect for a cold night on the town

Felt like a Queen at a Lion King
Went to Broadway show with this dress. Really elegant. I'm short but the petite wasn't available, so I had to use a thin belt to keep the dress a bit lifted.

Tight elastic fit on top which creates nice cleavage, flirty skirt. Paired it with cobalt heels.
