I think for a size 0 it runs a little big, but I am curvy and it fit pretty well. Material surprisingly stretchy. Let my pregnant sister in law try on the 2 which is perfect for her month 4 baby bump (baby #3) - she is petite like me. I weigh 120, typically wear 32D-32DD and this fit my chest well. I did wear a strapless bra. It runs bigger upper top if you have a smaller frame. A little long for me but worked. 5' 2"
