I rented this dress for a Father's Day dinner. When it arrived 2 days before, it was very wrinkled. Although I wondered how I would make the dress presentable, I still tried on both the medium and small. I'm only 5 feet tall but the dresses were too short. Usually if a dress is a mini, it will be the right length for me since I'm so short. I was very disappointed that both dresses were unwearable, and I sent them back. Also, the fabric was thinner than I like. As a side note, the tie at the back was so knotted around the hanger, it took at least 4 or 5 minutes to untie it.

I loved the way I looked in this dress! I rented it for my birthday celebration and received compliments all night long. The dress held everything in place, even after dinner, and while dancing. It held my little bit of a stomach in, nipped in my waist, and made my butt look fantastic! Although I'm short, it hit 2 inches above my knees, which was perfect. The breasts looked amazing, no bra required. The dress was tight, but comfortable. I could have worn the medium but felt more comfortable in the large. The color is beautiful. I wore gold accessories and black, strappy sandals. If you're considering this dress, don't hesitate. But, you have to have a decent body to wear it. Although I just turned 65, I look 45 and have a banging body. I will definitely rent a Herve Leger again!

I rented this dress for Thanksgiving and it was a perfect fit! I was concerned it may fit too tightly in the ribcage/stomach area (especially after eating dinner) but it was very comfortable. The fabric was beautiful and looked amazing. I'm 5' and the dress fit about 2 inches above my knees. The color was gorgeous. Also, I was able to wear a regular bra, with fashion tape to hold it out of sight. If you rent this dress you will not be disappointed.

Very beautiful dress. I'm 5' and the dress fell at the knee which was perfect. Rented it for Valentine's Day and was very pleased with it. The ruching was beautiful but, unlike the description, not any stretch in the fabric. Wore it with spanx but didn't really need to. Loved that I could wear a regular bra with it. I thought it ran small but maybe I'm larger than I think. It is a beautiful shade of red. Wore the suggested earrings with it. If you're considering this dress, get it! You will not be sorry.

This is a very beautiful dress but it did not fit. It was my back up dress because a second size in my primary rental was not available. I usually wear a size 6 but this dress was skin tight on me. I'm very curvy so maybe that was the problem. So disappointed because the primary dress did not fit either! Luckily, I have 2 more dresses on delivery as I was very nervous about any of them being the correct fit. I'm hopeful one of the remaining 2 will be a winner! I will rent this dress in the future because it is sophisticated, a beautiful color and fabric, but in a larger size. If you are curvy I would recommend going up a size as this dress runs small for curvy figures.

My primary choice for a New Year's Eve event but could not wear it. The back gaped open, plus the front was longer than the back due to the way the ruching hung. However, I'm so sorry the dress didn't work for me because it is gorgeous. If you're thinking about renting this dress, I would say to go for it. It is so gorgeous and sexy, I'm going to take another chance and rent it again if a larger size is available.

Rented from RTR for the first time and ordered based on recommendations from stylist and former wearers' reviews. I'm a size 6 with an hourglass figure, 34D bra, and a J Lo rear end. Ordered the dress in a 6 and 8. The 6 was too tight. The 8 fit better but the ruching stretched out across my rear, losing the desired effect. Could not wear either dress. If you are a curvy girl like me, you might consider going up 2 sizes. Wish I could have worn it because it is a beautiful, sophisticated dress.

This is a figure flattering dress and will hide any bulge you may have. It was a perfect length, approximately 3 inches above my knees. The side zipper did not distract from the beauty of the dress. I wore it with the Badgley Mischka tiered deco earrings and art deco bling cuff, which looked terrific! I felt fabulous and sexy all night long!

Wish I had gotten a smaller size, didn't fit as snugly as I wanted. Have rented other Nicole Miller designs and found I needed an 8 or 10, rather than the 6 normally worn, so those are the sizes I requested. However, with this dress the 8 was too big. I wore it though, wasn't unhappy with it, just wish it hugged my body more. I liked the length, which is always a concern because I'm short. It fell about 2 inches above my knees. The hook at the neck was bent out of shape but was easily fixed. Wore a NuBra with it, and Spanx to smooth out any bumps. Overall, a great dress.
