I would love to own this dress. I'm 5’ 4 and about 130lbs. I wore a size 4 but I think a size 6 might have fit a little better around my hips. The 4 looked good and made my butt look great but sitting and walking up stairs made me nervous that I might tear it since it doesn't have any real stretch. The material is great if you want to go braless or a normal strapless bra works well with it.

This dress is super sexy in theory but unless you are standing perfectly straight (and even then it's questionable) it makes you bulge out the sides a little bit which I really didn't like and couldn't help but feel a little self-conscious about. I did love the material and the dress fit perfectly other than the cut outs.
