I loved the feel of this dress. The material was great for hot summer work days in the mid Atlantic! Depending on how you want it to fit I might recommend sizing down (the material has some stretch) but for work my regular size was perfect. Flattering and stylish and a nice break from my typical uniform of sheath dresses!

I loved the last DVF dress I rented, but this one didn't fit as expected. It was too tight around my chest but MUCH too loose around my waist and hips. Because of this the tailoring of the dress didn't lay correctly. I've worn size 6 dresses that didn't float on me as much as this one did. I still wore it for work but it wasn't as flattering as I was expecting from previous experience with the brand.

I was very excited for this dress but it just didn't do it for me. I ordered a S and a M based on HL size charts. Instead of being too small, the S was actually much too big. It also has a strange fit and was super baggy through the chest. Very unflattering. I ultimately wore a different style HL in size S so I don't know if this dress runs large or if it had been stretched out.

I followed the advice of other reviewers and went up from my normal size (6) and I'm glad I did. The 8 fit almost perfectly, but a little tight in the butt and a little loose in the waist/chest. (The material doesn't have much stretch to it.) Overall, I really loved how this looked/felt. It was comfortable and I felt great wearing it!
