I rented one size larger than usual given reviews and it was indeed needed. Still, felt very tight in bent elbows the first day. Then was better as the fabric stretches. But the blazer does not look as good as the picture. The fabric is too soft and does not provide a nice blazer structure. The flaps in the front keep opening back onto the chest and make it look like a simple vest.

Great for formal office, tucked in and with a blazer. Just enough color and large motif to be noticeable without being over the top in formal office. Great quality. I wore the neck tie as a bow. Wore many times, also without a blazer and with navy pants.

Heavy static I could not get rid of. V neck kept falling too low with blazer on. Puffy sleeves are nice, but sleeve length made it too tight and uncomfortable under a blazer.
