Runs Small in Chest
I rented this dress for my daughter’s baptism and celebration, but did not end up wearing it as it was nowhere near closing in the front. I am breastfeeding and wearing mostly size 12/14 or L and this was way too small. It’s a high quality yet lightweight and beautiful dress so I’m disappointed that I didn’t get to wear it. Definitely size up from your regular size, especially if you have a larger chest!

Sized up for a wedding at 24 weeks pregnant
Wore this beautiful dress for a “festive formal” dress code fall wedding. It was pretty long because I sized up to the 14 as I’m 24 weeks/6mo pregnant, but I just wore higher platform heels and it was all good. Pre-pregnancy I’m an 8/10, wearing around a size 12/L now in “bump-friendly” clothes but I sized up to make sure my chest would fit. This dress was so flowy and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Clings to midsection
At 23 weeks pregnant, wearing the dress forward was not the move as the jersey material fabric clung to my belly in a way that was not cute. Even with belly support shapewear, it was a lot better on my body worn backwards. I used a bandaid to cover the itchy tag and was perfectly comfortable. I wish I would have sized up to be able to wear it forward!

Obsessed with Staud Tommy Bags!
This oyster bag is SO cute, and has a champagne bottle popping on the back. It was a fun statement piece for my birthday dinner. It was a bit harder to close than the other Tommy bags I’ve rented, but it’s in perfect condition. Will absolutely rent again.

Gorgeous dress but can draw attention to midsection
This dress is beautiful and is made of a unique fabric. It draws attention to your midsection with the striping so if that’s an area of concern I’d avoid. Worn 15 weeks pregnant so I was fine with the bump looking like a bump! The looped fabric also can snag easily, so be cautious about your nails or other fabrics on purses, etc. I could have sized down and it would have fit fine, there was a little bit of room under my arms but I didn’t mind it feeling a little more spacious. Would definitely rent again.

Great babydoll dress for end of Summer
Worn 16 weeks pregnant. This dress is so cute and breezy on, and I received tons of compliments. There is a lot of fabric on the skirt, but it’s not unmanageable. The top of the dress didn’t fully fit over my chest but it didn’t look off. Would definitely rent again.

SO ITCHY
I did not wear this as it was incredibly itchy. I ordered in a L for an oversized look as I'm 18 weeks pregnant, and the arms were way too long even though it fit nice and oversized in the body. The fabric is SUPER itchy, even with a tank on underneath it was too uncomfortable on the exposed skin.

Long straps but perfect for fall!
I love everything Hill House. It’s so comfy, and has pockets! The straps are definitely a bit long and stretched out, but when worn with a T-shirt underneath you can pull the dress down so the straps aren’t too long. Worn to work 15 weeks pregnant, and didn’t have to wear a bra!

Beautiful Summer Dress but Between Sizes
Worn to a food festival. I rented both the L and XL in this dress. The L was too tight on my 11-week baby bump, and the XL was much too large on the chest and under the armpits, plus I couldn’t tighten the straps further because of the fun bead elements on the straps. I ended up using fashion tape to hold the straps down because I still wanted to wear this beautiful dress! Picture is of me in the XL, 13 weeks pregnant. This dress is better for folks with a less curvy body type.

Heavy but Comfy Dress Runs Small
Worn to a family party 13 weeks pregnant. I wore my pre-pregnancy size (M) but I’m fitting into a street size 12/L with my bump so I recommend sizing down. It occasionally slipped down in front so you could see my bra, but it was an easy fix. Aside from that this dress was comfortable and cute, perfect with a jean jacket for a chilly late Summer evening!

The CUTEST Staud bag!

Loved the dress, but not the best for bigger chests
This dress was so comfortable at 11 weeks pregnant. I was able to wear the dress at work without a bra! Even though I read through reviews and sized up, there was a bit of gapping in the buttons and it was a little big in the back. The gapping luckily wasn’t super noticeable because of the pattern on the dress. Received a ton of compliments, and I absolutely would rent again.

Cute but bunches bizarrely
Worn 11 weeks pregnant to dinner with friends. I tried something a bit out of my comfort zone fashion-wise, but probably wouldn’t rent again. While it was nice to not have to wear a bra, the fabric bunched up around anywhere on my body with curves, and I didn’t love the look. I think it may have been slightly too big for me.

Fun Dress for Music Festival
This fun tie-dye dress was a great add for Lollapalooza music festival. It was super lightweight, and looked cute on. Worn comfortably at 10 weeks pregnant. Only issue was that the skirt kept getting caught in between my legs when I was walking a ton, but maybe that was because of the bike shorts. Otherwise, this dress was fantastic!

Obsessed with these fun, stretchy pants
Currently hiding my pregnancy at work, and wore these pants very comfortably in my otherwise uncomfortable first trimester. They’re a little bit long, but fit better when I pulled the waistband over my belly, and wore sandals with a bit of height. I wish they had pockets, but otherwise they’re really fun and versatile!

I absolutely love everything Hill House, especially as a person in my first trimester of pregnancy. This dress is comfortable, and you can wear with or without a bra. I wore one since I wore this to work, but not necessary especially if you have a smaller chest.

Beautiful but LONG Dress for Shorter Ladies
This dress was so much fun to wear to a formal wedding. I did have to use some fashion tape to keep the bust in place, and I ended up tying the neck straps around the back to keep a strapless silhouette. It was a little small in the chest, but fit very comfortably everywhere else for trying to hide an 8-week pregnancy! This dress was SO long even with nearly 4 inch platform heels. I had to knot it at the bottom for the dance floor, so would recommend this dress for taller folks!

Classy, Comfy Formal Dress
Worn to a formal rehearsal dinner, 9 weeks pregnant. It has the perfect amount of stretch to fit a little bump, but still so comfortable. I wore a strapless bra and regretted it because you really can go without for this dress. I maybe could have sized down. It was a tiny bit large in the top/armpits but otherwise it was fun, cute, and form-fitting yet forgiving!

Gorgeous Fit and Hemline
This dress was 90% perfect. It fit me perfectly in the body, but I have a big chest so it was way too tight across my chest and slightly pulled the keyhole. Luckily you couldn’t tell unless you were literally an inch from it. This was one of the backup dresses I picked when my first order didn’t fit, so I didn’t have my usual 8R and 10R on hand and took a chance on the 8R. I likely would have sized up only because of the chest. It felt so beautiful on, and I received a ton of compliments. Wore for a welcome party to a cocktail-attire wedding. Will definitely rent again with both sizes on hand!

Gorgeous Dress Photographs Well for Late Summer/Fall Wedding
This dress is absolutely beautiful! My only complaint is that the neck strap button popped open easily, I had to use a safety pin to secure it. However, once the pin was in, the dress was perfect! I'm typically a size 8 and this dress was a SMIDGE too big. I didn't have the 6 to try it out, but the 8 still looked great. Highly recommend if you're considering trying a fun cut!

Beautiful Dress, Not for Me!
I'm a more athletic build, and this dress is definitely meant for someone much taller and more slender than myself. If you have a larger bust and any sort of a belly, this is not the dress for you! It was awkwardly too small in the chest, and simultaneously tight in the middle while still looking baggy.

Gorgeous Form-Fitting Gown
This dress is one of my favorite rentals of all time from RTR. Overall it was beautiful, comfortable and light-weight enough for an August wedding in Southern California. Received lots of compliments! The open back is a unique touch. The dress was snug to my body, I'm typically between a 6 and 8 and the 6 was a better fit. If you have mid-section concerns this dress might not be for you since sizing up isn't really an option due to the open back. I wish I would have worn higher shoes (I'm 5'5" and wore 3" heels and the dress JUST hit the ground) but this dress is amazing and I will definitely be renting again.

Gorgeous gown, received compliments all night!
This gown is an absolute stunner, but be prepared to wear Spanx if you're concerned about your midsection. The boning also is difficult to deal with, they shift somewhat and can look odd (especially when you're wearing Spanx, it's hard to tuck it underneath.) The hanger straps pop out really easily, and the plastic on the sleeves meant to hold them on your arms are also falling off the dress, so fashion tape would be helpful as well.

Perfect Birthday Dress!
This is such a comfortable and gorgeous dress! I wore this to my 26th birthday party, and I received so many compliments. It has the perfect amount of stretch to fit your body while still flattering your figure. I wouldn't recommend for taller women, as it was still pretty short on me. I usually wear a size 6/8 in dresses, and while I usually wear a Medium, the Small was a perfect fit.

These gorgeous gold earrings are perfect to enhance any look! I wore these for a tropical-themed gala along with a Lilly Pulitzer maxi dress. My ears are usually really sensitive, but these were comfortable to wear all night long even though they look heavy! They are longer than you would expect, so keep that in mind with snagg-able fabrics!

Gorgeous, comfortable summer dress!
This is a beautiful, lightweight, classic Lilly Pulitzer dress. Great for an event in the summer or vacation. I wore this to a tropical-themed charity event and received tons of compliments. Fair warning, if you're 5'5" or under this dress will only work if you have rather high heels. I wore 4-inch heeled sandals and the dress was still almost touching the ground!
